  • It's soft and comfortable
Size: 36HH Color: Something Blue
It's a great bra ! I love the style and the stretch in it. I've lost some weight and my current 36j is too big it hurts, so I picked up an HH . It's adorable and for the price I had to try it! Honestly if the cup was a bit smaller I would've kept it. I still have a little too much space at the top. At the time of writing this only a 36HH was available. The bad fits nicely it doesn't dig and the middle lays flat as it should. After a few adjustments of the band it hold up where I'm comfortable. I wore it around the house to get a feel for it. It holds up nicely where you don't bounce and jiggle. The material is nice and soft along the band and cup which is always fantastic no one wants a bra scratching at their nips. ... show more

  • Not accurate sizing.
Size: 34F Color: Rosehip
I checked and double checked and triple checked the sizing for this brand (meaning US or UK sizing). I measured myself for my bra according to all the instructions on the actual freya website (I recently lost 30lbs and need new bras). I ordered my size according to the UK conversion sizing chart on the actual Freya website and it was WAYYYYYYY too small. The band was the correct size but the cups were wayyyyyyyy too small. ... show more

  • Runs small in the cups
Size: 32F Color: Black
This bra definitely runs about one size small in the cups. It's not significant, but it's enough to make the bra feel like a tighter squeeze rather than just snug. The band itself is true to size (and very soft!); you can tell by wearing the bra backwards and upside down to keep the cups out of the way. The lace fabric is also much more coarse than my Fantasie and Delimira bras, but similar to the Panache Ana. I'm a little disappointed in the sizing because I really like the shape and structure of this bra. ... show more

  • Pretty, but band runs small and cups run big
Size: 38G Color: Rosehip
My other Freya bras are a 38H. I sized down a cup size, but now the band is uncomfortably tight on the widest hook. The cups gaped a little too. I suggest going up a band size and down a cup size especially if you have less volume at the top of your breasts. The fabric is a little scratchy (I'm sensitive to textures.) I'm washing it more than I would in hopes that it will soften up. All this said, it's really pretty. ... show more

  • Band is wayyyy too small
Size: 36F Color: Something Blue
I compared this bra to both Torrid and Victoria secret bras of the same band and the Freya way 2-3 inches shorter in the band, the VS was new with tags so its not a stretch issue. Because of this its basically unwearable, the center part feels like its stabbing me in the ribs and rides up very high. I don't even think going a band size down in VS would be this tight and uncomfortable. I also feel half these reviews must be reviewing a completely different bra or the design completely changes for the larger sizes. This is a full coverage bra, not balconnet in any way and zero cleavage unless you were to go several cup sizes smaller to maybe spill out. It comes up far more so than the item picture suggests and is just see through lace in the cups, absolutely no support beyond the underwire and causes a very torpedo or cone shape thing under clothes with the seams quite visible. Its in no way worth the price and I got it on sale. edit: I got a band extender to give this another go, even with the extender it is still quite tight since there is very little stretch on the already way too small band and even the extender doesn't fit right, it pulls the hooks inward. I tried the extenders on other bras and did not have this issue. Its like everything that could be sized off about this bra is. In a 36F it only has two hooks, with the extender its more useable and I can get a better idea but it still fits smaller than every other 36 I own even very cheap ones. I don't know if its the way too small band or the design but it pushes arm fat into a cluster under the arm which to me is the opposite of 'smoothing'. If someone had handed me this bra and asked me to guess the size compared to all others I've tried on I would guess 32DD/D yet its US equivalent is supposed to be 36DDDD/U.S. G. This is the first (UK) F I tried after multiple measurements put me in a 36 u.s. H u.k. FF which I thought was likely too big in the cup. I don't have another F to compare this bra's cup size to, but I was very surprised to not feel much difference in cup fitting to DD's I have in my closet even after putting the extender on. After this one fitting crazy small I found a US H to try on in another brand, that cup was so significantly larger that I no longer think the cup size on this was close to accurate either. ... show more

  • Amazing support for a 34J
Size: 34GG Color: Rosehip
The support on this bra is amazing, and it's quite comfortable. The only thing I don't love, is that the underwire, which is probably more accurately described as a bar🤣) presses into the space between my boobs and that can get a bit uncomfortable at the end of the day. But as I've worn the bra more, that's been less of an issue. And I think honestly, it just has to do with how supportive the bra is. I'm a 34J (us sizing) so I ordered a 34GG per the brands sizing and it fits very well. As others have mentioned, since it's a balconette fit, I probably could have stood to go up a cup size in order to get a bit more coverage. It fits very well, and gives me some nice lift and cleavage, but I do have to be mindful of not spilling out the top. I have this issue with any balconette style, and for me I was willing to sacrifice that to get more of a balconette fit in this case. ... show more

  • Perfect Fit
Size: 32E Color: Rosehip
This is a beautifully made bra, I love the contrasting colors together. And the lace is soft and not scratchy like some I have worn. This is the second Freya bra that I have bought from Amazon, and they both fit perfectly. I ordered a 32E each time, and they have fit as they should. So it would seem that they are consistent in their sizing. I have discovered that European bras fit me better than American sizing does. In European bras, I am consistently a 32E or have been thus far, but in American sizing, I am all over the place. I never know what is going to fit me. So I think I will stick to European made bras for the foreseeable future, as their fit seems more reliable. ... show more
