  • Holy crap, I've been wearing the wrong size forever...
Band Size: 28 Cup Size: G Color: Black
Oh my goodness! So I went to Victoria's Secret to get my bra size measured by (what I thought of at the time) a professional. The woman who helped me told me my underbust was a 32 and I was, and I quote, "AT LEAST a DD". Well I was wearing a 32DD and was spilling out all over the place with no support and my band was riding up. So strike one, there. So I opted to try on a 30DDD to help with the band rising as I'd read somewhere that that meant my band size was too big. I let the Victoria's Secret woman take a look at me in the bra since I assumed she'd better know how a bra was supposed to fit - I was still sort of falling out and the straps were digging in. Well here we are a year later and every morning for a year I have hated putting on my bra - the band still rides up, the girls are falling out all over the place and the straps dig in something awful. To Google! As I'm measuring myself according to a bra measuring guide, the more surpised I am at the horrible misinformation I was receiving at Victoria's Secret. I ended up in a 28i (or a UK 28g, since it seems all the larger chested bras on amazon are sold in UK sizing) and holy crap, ladies, the difference wearing the right the size makes. I don't even believe these are my girls. They're so lifted and perfectly shaped now and I'm not bulging out over the top like I used to be. My clothing even looks better on now that I don't look like I have sagging breasts. The bra itself is super comfortable, looks great under clothing and seems to be well-constructed. I even like the wider than average straps more than I thought I would. ... show more

  • Great bra. Tends smaller in band. Very supportive
Band Size: 36 Cup Size: GG Color: Black
The Good: Controls large unruly breasts. Thin padding gives great structure and smoothing without much bulk (not a "push up"). Best for rounded mid to close set breasts. Low cut enough for all but extremely revealing outfits. Band does not create "back rolls". Extremely supportive. The bad: Band trends small. Can dig in under breasts if you slouch. Size range isn't as large as it could be. Still one of the best bras I've had the pleasure of wearing. The band will tend to dig in if you slouch, and the band size trends small, but this is still the most supportive and *practical* bra I've ever owned. Best for large, round breasts that are close set. Basically, if you're like me and have comically large breasts for your torso, this is a godsend. I just wish they made them in larger sizes do I can wear them when I'm skinnier :( ... show more

  • Great temporary fit.
Band Size: 34 Cup Size: GG Color: Nude
I love these bras when I first get them, the fit is great. I have a hard time finding bras that fit 34GG. However, after a few wears they seem to stretch out, and the top of the cup starts to roll outward. I wish they were made of better material that did no stretch out so quickly.

  • Fantastic bra with cheap clasps
Band Size: 36 Cup Size: GG Color: Nude
I wear a 36G, so I was stoked to find this one in my size for less than $40. In my experience, this runs small in the cup and I ended up returning it and getting a 36GG, which fit better. Still not perfect, but my boobs are a little odd-shaped so I think that's me and not the bra. Let's start with the positives: It's fairly comfortable, as far as supportive underwire bras go. Not something I'd want to sleep in, but still the most comfortalbe bra I own. Plus the cleaveage it gives me is fantastic, which is great since I have fairly wide-set boobs and getting any sort of cleaveage is difficult. I'm keeping it for this reason alone. It's also super supportive, to the point where my chest feels a little weird every time I take it off because it suddenly has to support the weight of my boobs again after not having to deal with that for however long I wore the bra. The reason for my less-than-5-star rating: I've had it for a little over a month and the clasps are already going bad - the little loop parts that the hooks go into are no longer securely anchored and are starting to come away from the band. I had hoped that this would turn out to be a good reasonably-priced bra for the big-boobed, but the clasp seems really cheap. (The rest of it is holding up great, though.) I can sew so I'll be keeping it and just fixing it myself, but if you can't or don't want to fix your bras yourself this one may not be the best choice. ... show more

  • No more back pain, and the twins are perkier than ever!
Band Size: 38 Cup Size: G Color: Black
I initially bought this bra at a specialty bra shop, where I found out I was wearing a bra that was multiple sizes too small. They measured me (which you should have done before buying another one, if you can). I have bought this bra now in many colors and multiple times. I have to say, my under-wire broke in the last two, but I used them a lot for well over a year, and I imagine they buckled under the pressure, can't blame them! They are the most comfortable bra I have owned, and they are cute... a rare combo to find. They also lifted the twins up and made me look skinner. They will help with back pain, as not as much pressure is on my shoulders, I could take the straps down and it would still hold in place. I recommend this bra to anyone that wants something cute, affordable and comfortable. ... show more

  • Makes my big girls look great, excellent support!
Band Size: 34 Cup Size: F Color: Nude
I LOVE the way this bra fits and also the way it makes my chest look under tops. I am a 34F-34G... but mostly F. I ordered this in a 34F not realizing that it was in UK sizes (which means it's a 34G in US sizing). However, it fits perfect. So, maybe if you're on the cusp of sizes, you should opt for the larger of the two. Most of the bras I own lift and separate or are sports bras, so I wanted something that gave me a lil cleavage for that special night out with the hubby. I can't attest to the long term comfort as of yet, since I haven't worn it for any length of time- just got it today, but I think it'll be fine. My first Freya but definitely won't be my last! Update: ok, I truly love this bra even more. It's super comfortable and provides much more support Tha I expected. A lot of plunge bras I've tried just don't hold me in place, this one feels and is totally supportive. I cannot say enough good things about this bra and I'm very picky! ... show more

  • This was my favorite brand/style for years, but...
Band Size: 36 Cup Size: G Color: Nude
This has been my favorite bra for many years. I have had at least 7 bras in this exact same style, in different colors and different sizes (weight fluctuations...). For some reason, on this particular bra, for the first time the top edge on one cup doesn't lie flat, causing it to roll which shows through the shirt. It's REALLY obvious, making it unwearable. Unfortunately, because I have had so many of these I didn't try it on immediately, so didn't realize the issue until the return window was already closed. Thinking it was a fluke, I ordered another one in black, tried it on immediately, and that bra has the exact same issue. The newer one IS being returned. I'm bummed because it's so hard to find a bra that gives great lift in larger sizes (30G - 38J). Until now, this bra has always been my absolute favorite t-shirt bra. Great coverage and flattering. Now I'm wondering if they are made by a different manufacturer than before, or if the ones being sold on Amazon are the rejects? If you have a smaller rib cage, and larger chest, you may want to try this bra, knowing that if doesn't lie flat you'll need to return it. I've found that band sizes tend to run smaller on Freya bras, so you may want to size up one band size. (i.e. If your band area measures 34", order 36".) Also, they are in UK sizes, not EU. ... show more

  • Weird fit
Band Size: 30 Cup Size: FF Color: Black
I really don't like this bra. I went it for a professional fitting and got sized at the department store. I bought 2, not sure what to expect. They sized me at a 30G. The back fit really well, and I was really excited as I have always had issues with the back being too loose on me. The problem I have with this bra is that the back fits really well, but I'm busting out the front of the cups, and yet there is a gap by the armpits. It also sticks out in the front when I move around. The straps are also very wide. It is just ill fitting. I did order a different color online, but when it arrived and I tried it on, I realized that this is just a bad bra for me. I have tried many many bras. I usually order them online with a free shipping and return in case it doesn't fit. This works best as it is hard to find these sizes in a department store. The only brand I could find in a department store in this size was this exact Freya bra. I have had a lot of luck with the Cleo Maddie. The 30G was actually a bit tight, so I ended up going to a 32ff, the sister size. The band is looser, but more comfortable. I've bought about 4 different Cleo Maddies, and I feel like the material holds up better. The Freya started falling apart within 2 months. Absolutely terrible! When I went back to the store to get refitted, the woman gave me the same information as the previous one. I showed her the problems, and she said that it was the material of the cup. I told her that the gaping showed thru my clothes, and she said to wear a scarf. She also told me that when cups are already molded or formed, they cause that problem. When there is no molding, the bra conforms to your breasts. I did try some bras without molding, but I felt too exposed. Needless to say, I won't buy this bra again. ... show more
