I got these for my daughter to create her own birthday banner. She was not thrilled about the designs available online for her theme this year. (Dandy's World) They worked out perfectly. She was happy and thrilled to create her own style. It comes with four cutouts to a sheet. It made it easy for the pieces to already be precut down to the holes to thread your string thru to hang up for any event you are designing Now she has plenty to create for other themes she already has in mind for her future birthdays.

I was excited to see these so I could make a custom banner. There wasn't a template, but I was able to lay it out in my desktop publishing program. They did NOT do well in my printer though, and got jammed and broke up. I managed to print out what I needed. But these are not AVERY brand, that are supposed to go in a printer. If you have trouble you could hand letter/stencil them. Or, print out and cut and past your letters onto these. They were easy to string. I used a 1/4" ribbon. I was happy with the end result. They separated/popped out pretty cleanly.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to order these because they are made in the USA, and I wanted to test the quality and give a US company my business. I am happy with the product because it is exactly as described. However, I should have paid more attention to the photo of the packaging because that is the only place where you are told it is 65 lb. card stock. The description only states that it is high quality card stock, but does not give weight. Personally, I prefer a heavier card stock, so I was not happy with myself for not catching that. As you can see from my video, the lighter weight card stock is a little flimsy. For banners, that usually won’t be a problem, unless you want to use them over and over. The colors are vibrant, and the flags are perforated well, so they are easy to punch out. It was a bit more difficult to punch out the dots that need to be removed in order to lace string or ribbon through the flags, but not terribly time consuming. At the current price of $11.99, you are paying about 60 cents per sheet, or 15 cents per flag. If you don’t have access to a die cutting machine (Cricut, etc.), these are a convenient way of making your own banners. For a product made in the USA, that is a decent price. I deducted one star because I think the weight of the card stock should have been made clear in the description, and because the current price is more in line with what you would pay for a heavier card stock. Upon submitting my review, Amazon asks me to rate the following: Sturdiness – 3 stars – this is a lighter weight card stock, so it is a bit on the flimsy side. Use caution when punching out the flags – and especially the dots. Easy to use – 4 stars – Pretty easy to punch out on the perforated lines. The dots are a little tricky because of size and the lighter weight card stock. If you aren’t careful, you could easily tear or bend your flags. I recommend this product.

These were perfect for making my own banners. With 80 pieces there will be plenty for many more banners and making mistakes without worrying about having enough. White color is very crisp and nice. Weight is as described and works well with the giant sharpies i used. Though i had a protective mat down, barely any bled through. Easy to string twine through and not a single hole ripped. Very nice quality. Also very easy to punch out banner flags with no tearing. I really liked these and have no complaints.
