I bought this French Toast plaid pleated skirt for my daughter for the school year, and overall, we're quite pleased with it. The plaid pattern is classic and looks exactly as pictured. The pleats hold up well after washing, and they give the skirt a nice structure without being too stiff. The adjustable waistband is a great feature, allowing us to get a perfect fit. This is especially useful as my daughter tends to grow throughout the year. The skirt sits comfortably at her waist and doesn't slide down, which is a relief. The material is a good quality polyester blend that feels durable and doesn't wrinkle easily. It's also easy to care for, which is a big plus for busy parents. The length is appropriate for school dress codes, hitting just above the knee. The reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that I wish the fabric had a bit more softness to it. While it's not uncomfortable by any means, a softer material would make it feel more luxurious. Overall, this skirt is a great buy for school uniforms or casual wear. It's well-made, fits nicely, and looks smart. I would recommend it to other parents looking for a reliable and affordable school skirt option.

They do not wrinkle, I'm happy with the adjusters in the back so the fit can be adjust as needed and it's the exact print I needed for my daughter's school uniform. It not to heavy and easily washed and no fading so far will buy again!

Skirt looks like it's decent quality. However, the "navy" fabric is SO dark it looks black. But somehow all the other Hamilton plaid uniforms I've looked at seem to be, too, so I guess we've all decided to call this blue-black color navy all of a sudden?? ......I don't really care as long as her school doesn't, but I'm not in love with how it pairs with her (actually) blue tights and polos. *Sigh*

We got 3 different types of skirts and this one fits the best. My daughter likes another one because it has built in shorts but it's longer and sorta drowns her. Material has held up well so far with multiple wears and washes. It's a private school uniform so it's consistently being used and abused on the playground and thrown around after school lol My daughter is short/small average almost 10 years old at 4'9, 70ish lbs and is wearing a size 8
