I purchased these boots specifically because they say waterproof. I am a pizza delivery driver in Northeast Ohio, so I need something to protect my feet. it's not like I'm trudging through one or two feet of snow, but sometimes people don't shovel their walks and I've got to march through a little bit of snow. As soon as these shoes touch the snow my feet are wet. The description says waterproof, the shoes are expensive, I expected and needed something of higher quality and these are not. I have been wearing these for a couple months, and they seem to be holding up so far. I work for a 'big city' department, so they have gotten plenty of use in those couple months. A couple days ago we had 2 works. I was driving, and while hooking up to the hydrant, laying out attack lines, and all the other hubbub, my boots got wet, but I will say my feet stayed dry. They fit pretty true to size, but seem to be very roomy all around your foot. I skipped the top 2 holes for the laces and keep them tied loosely for quick on and off action. Overall, I'm happy with the boots, especially considering the price. ... show more

I am so pleased with the look of these boots. They look like a cross between a sneaker and combat boot. Wore them for the first time and seem very comfortable. I will update after a period of time on wear and tear, but out of the box I’m very pleased. 12/2019 Update: I have worn these boots 10 hrs a day, 5 days a week for 7 months and are still holding up to daily outdoor work. The tread is starting to get to the point where it will be time to get a new pair. Comfort is still great with original insoles. ... show more

I average 18,000 steps as a Greenskeeper daily. I work in Arizona, and need durable yet flexible, breathable yet water resistant, lightweight, comfortable, and reasonably priced.... I found them. I will update in let's say a few months on performance. Thanks Free Soldier....

I'm not one to give 1 star reviews without a lot of thought, but these boots were so bad in the first 30 seconds after unboxing, I have no choice. The right shoe seemed way more narrow than the left. I'm a 10.5 and have never needed wide sizes. The right shoe was basically squeezing me at the knuckles. I put in the left side and it fit great. As soon as I pulled the laces one of the eyelets ripped right out. I didn't pull any harder than tying my sneakers, so that was really disappointing. I would have sent them back for another pair to try, but 2 things like that being seeing is enough for me to try another brand. Your mileage may vary. ... show more

Updated 1 week later.. these boots are terrible. I truly regret my purchase and I am disappointed that Amazon is allowing these people to advertise these Boots as waterproof. Be assured they are absolutely not waterproof! And also one week into wearing these they have become unwearable. I bought on the higher end of my size and still these boots are digging in to my two outer toes on each side. They are painful to wear and will have to throw them away and buy something else. A total waste of money! I wish I could get a refund on these. Do not believe the hype on the fake five star reviews. Look at the one and two star reviews and you will get a true review of what these boots are. and why was my review turned into 3 stars?????? First impression... Purchased size 11 which is on the larger size for me. But the hard forward toe covering of the boot diggs into the sides of my toes even though there is plenty of length. Also traction is very poor. I do lawn service all day and I was slipping in places I never had issues before. Don't think I will reorder these. Probably ok for short occasional work, but not good for all day wear in inclimate weather. ... show more
