This is a nice set and you can’t beat the price for 5 pieces. It perfectly matches my oil rubbed bronze faucet and light fixture. I followed the template for installation, measured carefully and used a level. I had no trouble with any piece except the toilet paper holder. The template has the sides of the toilet paper holder too close together so that the plunger bar that holds the paper roll is squeezed too much when installed into the holder and the toilet paper cannot roll freely around that bar. It’s an easy fix: use the template to mark placement of the screws, but install one side a half inch further out (away) than the template shows. You want that plunger bar to be depressed just enough to get the end of the bar into the holder opening, but don’t install the two sides of the holder any closer than that. If you make this half inch adjustment, you won’t have to adjust it later like I did. I had to take one of the holder sides off, move the screws further away by a half inch and reinstall the screws. The round base of the holder is large enough that it covered both my original screw holes and the new ones a half inch further away. So I didn’t have to patch the wall. Just be careful when you install the toilet paper holder. I took a photo showing the toilet paper holder with the half inch adjustment already done and the photo shows that there is about 1/8 inch of free space between the toilet paper roll and the sides of the holder. I still highly recommend this set. I really do like it; it was well worth the price for 5 pieces, and it perfectly matches other oil rubbed bronze fixtures in my bathroom. P.S. other reviewers complained that the towel bar rods spin around. That does not happen on mine because I installed them carefully using the template. They can spin if you try to twist them around, but they don’t spin around when I remove or replace the towel. They are fairly snug. ... show more

I believe my bathroom towel bar system had been previously returned. One of the hardware bags was opened and miscellaneous parts were rolling around in the bottom of the box. Unfortunately, I didn't realize parts were missing until i went to install the last towel bar rack. I am not taking everything down to return. I am hoping I can contact the manufacturer and have them send the missing brackets. I truly like the system. Beautiful color, sturdy and easy to install. Products arrived in a clear plastic sack, in a grossly oversized cardboard box. Really inappropriate packaging for shipment, so the items inside bounced around and against each other quite a bit before being received. The products are not as sturdy as you would find at your local stores and pieces dont fit together quite flush. An eighth of an inch here and there really adds up quickly. The diameter of the longest towel bar will not allow it to hold two higher quality towels without bowing considerably. Combine this with the fact that if you follow the included mounting templates, the bar does not sit far into the brackets, the bar could easily bow enough to fall out of the brackets if you apply a slight downward pressure while grabbing a towel off the bar. For some this may not be an issue, but I always pull my towels downward from one side to get them off of the towel bar. There is also some slight variation in coloring between accessories. Overall, for the sake of not having to go out in public with the pandemic, this isn't the worst value out there, but there are better buys available. If I wasn't expecting guests in my new home soon after ordering these, I would have likely returned everything in the comically large box the delivery came in. ... show more
