This shoe is very flat and has no support or much cushion at all. I usually wear an 8 but order 8.5 in almost all of my shoes so I can add my arch supports. This shoe runs a little large because I was able to order an 8, still put my inserts in and it not be too tight. I ordered the Bronze. I was looking for a dark brown and that's what they are. I always ordered a size up because I have a wider foot. Fit is perfect.I wear them to work. I was on my feet on/off 10+ Hrs today. Very comfortable. I did receive extra inserts. These are beautifully made. The woven top side pattern gives the look of a higher end shoe. I saw reviews stating the sole separates from the top side. Mine look well made. However, I feel these shoes aren't meant to be worn everyday consistently. They have to be cared for like a high end shoe. I purchased multiple colors to wear with different looks. I love, love them. They are a great buy if they are worn and taken care of properly. Bought these for travel when I couldn't get a similar, name-brand pair in time for a trip. These are very nice -- nicer than I expected for the price. I especially appreciated that they came with a second, thicker pair of removable inserts -- you can choose which thickness feels better for your own feet, or just switch them out to have a fresh pair if you like them both fine enough. They have enough cushion for walking around without getting sore feet, unlike many other pairs of ballet flats. I can imagine wearing them at work, too. Happy with the purchase!

These shoes are very comfortable once I add a slim orthotic in them, but I have fallen arches to begin with. There is more room in the toe area compared to the KB Zone pairs that I bought before. However, similar to KB Zone the sizing is inconsistent across different colors. The grey pair I got was so much wider all over with extra fabric that I had to return, but the Camel and Navy print fit my feet perfectly. Wish they can correct this as I really want them in more colors.

I have a hard time finding shoes that I can wear that are comfortable. My feet always rub somewhere in the shoe and cause discomfort. These shoes were comfortable as soon as I slipped them on. I haven’t worn them out walking around yet, but I can tell that they aren’t going to cause too much of a problem. The 1 thing that I dislike about them, they come with mesh type insoles. Which potentially may cause an issue after walking around for a while. But, I’m going to swap them out for gel insoles. So, it should be all good.

The shoes are comfortable. Wore then with the insoles they came with twice. But that was all they lasted. have since put in my Vionic insoles and now they are so comfortable. There is no support in these shoes, just know that you will need your own insole to get your support. Loved the grey black color, which is why I got them. But they are comfortable on the outside.

These shoes are fairly comfortable. There isn't a lot of support. They are long but narrow. I have the same shoe in navy and they were narrow but not long like these are. However, I have super wide feet and these stretch so they are comfortable. However, when I'm walking, I can feel where my feet are hanging over the sides of the soles. They are comfortable enough for walking around work, but I don't think I would buy another pair.

As recommended, I ordered a half size larger than my regular size because I have a slight bunion. The shoes came with two inserts! I wore the shoes for the an entire day the first time I wore them and my feet never hurt at the end of day. I’m happy with this pair of shoes.
