This dress is beautiful, it fits nicely and is a nice, weighted material. I wasn't concerned about it riding up or shifting around because of the thickness. I am 5"2 with 3" heels and the dress length was perfection. I feared it would be too long. If you are short and thin, this might touch the floor for you. It twirls beautifully and I can't wait to wear it out. The size chart was just right, though if you are in between and have an hourglass shape, go down a size so there is a tighter waist. My only gripe was that mist underwear will show through if it is tight on the butt, but that is not the dress' fault. Also beware if shape wear with any thigh pieces, as the slit comes to mid thigh if you're short, and probably higher if taller.

This is a beautiful dress in the photo and in person. I read all of the reviews before I purchased this dress. I am 5 foot seven and 164 pounds I am 67 years old. This dress fits me very well, and I ordered according to my measurements, which was a large. The fabric is made of good quality and it is long enough for my height. If I were a shorter person, I don’t think it would work as well. I took off one star because the zipper has one area at a seam, where it’s difficult to pull up, but it is doable. I would definitely recommend this dress. It is a very good quality dress for the price.

This is a very flattering dress. I ordered the XXL which is too roomy on my bustline and flowy around my body. So I figured I'd try one size down as well. The XL is DRAMATICALLY smaller than the XXL. It feels 2 sizes smaller. I'm keeping the XXL and altering the straps to hold the dress up further. At this price, it is worth it to alter.

I bought this dress for a gala and loved the color and cut. Amazon recommended I order the XXL, but it was huge! I ordered the XL, and it’s a bit too tight in the back for me to feel comfortable wearing it this year. The size difference between XXL and XL is A LOT. if I had had the time to get it altered, it would have been perfect. A little sexy, not too matronly, the waist detracts from the stomach. Extremely pleased but for the fit.

Beautiful dress, very flattering. Nice weight of fabric without feeling heavy, comfortable. Wore as mother of bride dress and received many, many compliments. Keep in mind back is long - I'm 5'8" and even with heels, dress was floor length in back. Arrived with very minimal wrinkling, easily removed. Loved it, fit true to size, definitely would wear again or purchase in other colors.

Ended up getting this as a last-minute dress for a wedding and it worked out really well. Be sure to allow yourself some time to steam it as it’ll get wrinkled in shipment (which is to be expected), but it looks much more expensive once you get the wrinkles out. It fits really nicely and is a lovely color
