nice unit, easy to update to the latest software. My unit would not communicate with a Ford Fusion Energy, Ford Mavrick Hybrid or a Subaru. I think the unit was defective, I returned it and purchased a nt530.

Received a special offer and a coupon for this device and had to try it. This is the best scanner for Ford products at the price I've used. I'm a do-it-yourself-er and fixed numerous issues with a precision that would have otherwise left me in trial and error. I would have taken it to the mechanics for a long diagnosis, but I didn't need to with the use of the device.

Not a fan. Can not force a DPF regen in a 2016 F-350. Even though the truck says it is full. And the software on the computer is impossible to use, not very user friendly, and trying to register the scanner was not easy. Will be returning

I bought this specifically to avoid going to Ford to get my steering trim recalibrated. I had already bought an ODMII device and tried to use the Forscan app to do this, but that didn't work at all. Then I got this, although it was a lot pricier. I was sad that upon receiving this product, it didn't actually fix my problem. It kept saying unable to connect. But all the other modes seemed to work just fine, so I knew it wasn't a "me" issue. I had low expectations at this point, but contacted support to let them know. They sent me a file to overwrite on the scanner software. It worked like a charm! My steering is no longer hard pulling to the left!
