The balloons were fine and I blew them up in advance. When I got to the venue I opened the fringe background. Pieces were missing and even though I overlapped them you could see through them. Luckily I had another backdrop w/ me to use.

I bought the yellow color. Balloons were good quality and held up for at least 7 hours filled with air (not helium). Variety pack was great and I didnt see any with holes.
