I've had two pair of Foster Grant lighted reading glasses over the last several years and they have aways been very useful and convenient. But, the lenses in the glasses were very small and I found that I had to adjust the glasses themselves on my nose to read properly. However, my new (and lens stronger) pair have a full lens and I'm able to read much more easily and comfortably. Great pair of lighted reading glasses. Also, they double as a light source if you have to get up in a darkened location.

The magnification is pretty good. The lights are pretty decent, but they do leave a little bit of a dark spot in the middle since they both point straightforward. It does require that you move your head to find a good spot. Comes with a case and extra batteries for the lights, eyeglass screwdriver is required to change the batteries. I would prefer more light directed at what I’m looking at, but the lights tend to go more towards the side. It still helps better than not having them and the magnification can be used if you don’t use the light they are sturdy frames , thick, good quality

My original pair lasted a year before I had to replace. I love these! The batteries last a long time. My previous pair, the black plastic paint on the arms rubbed off on my face and I only stopped using them because they got a scratch when I dropped them. The lights still work. These are handy when working in dark spaces like electrical panels or when searching for things under furniture. They are also handy when I leave work I use the lights to find my way through the dark house.

I absolutely love these glasses, i pop the lenses out of them so I’m not worried about the strength, and use them to read in bed or to light up my crochet work. They are much better than having to have a light on your book or project that needs to keep being moved. I have even forgot I have them on and used them to light my way around the dark house at night without realizing it. Just dont look any one in the eyes, you will blind them. Batteries last about 6 to 8 hours. I keep a spare pair and when the light starts to go dull, i just switch out pairs and change batteries later.

The glasses seem to be the power described. The LEDs are dimmer than I expected -- but may work in some situations. I like that they are advertised/perported as lasting 50 hours. There is a switch on both sides - controlling one of the LEDs. The The switches are small and slightly difficult to access. Would be nice to be rechargeable rather than replacement batteries.I have seen/ purchased other glasses that have a better LED but the glasses are not as sturdy.

I love it because I don’t have yo put the light on to read. I don’t like the fact that the Batteries die quickly. I don’t like the fact that the frames break easily. I have some broken frames that I want to return for fixing. Deborah Bennett

Pure Garbage. You cannot change the batteries. The screw is the size of a poppy seed, and you practically have to break the arm to attach the screw and the batteries, which fall out. It is a $5.00 pair of glasses.
