Great kit for a great price. Was looking at getting the Harley kit then I found this one. The fit and finish is exactly the same as the name brand. Packaging was great with both sides being separated in the box for easy install. My only complaint was some of the hardware specifically the main mounting bolts. They seemed to thread in tight, may have been the pre applied loctite but I only got them a couple of turns in before they got super tough almost like they were the wrong thread. In the end I used the OE bolts for the main mounting brackets to the frame. I just wire brushes the threads clean and applied new loctite and they threaded in just fine. Other than that this kit looks exactly like the OEM one for a third of the price. If you're on the fence, just do it! ... show more

If you ride a late model softtail and don’t want to trade a kidney at the dealership for forward controls, these are an excellent deal! Took about an hour to install, with the most difficult part being the shift lever between the engine and the primary, but easy enough to install as long as you have access to some tools. Being 6’1” these put the footpegs right where I need them. The paint is high quality, and the footpegs are comfortable as well. They look good on the bike as well! ... show more

Harley sold version I believe is $599 I did not want to spend that. This kit is a great value over all. I installed on a brand new 2026 Low Rider St FXLRST. All fit fine and is on my bike today. The brake side is fine,.. the angle of the pedal could be improved if raised by about 10 degrees more. Nice heavy Metal arm with large foot pad, great black paint etc. The shifter arm is a light aluminum. Works fine, but I did replace with a Metal Chrome Black one that I purchased else where for $37. All installed easily and sure beats paying the almost $600 for the Harley labeled set which has a smaller brake pad. ... show more

Installed on my 2022 Harley Softail Standard. Installation was quick and easy. These turned out to be everything I expected and a bit more. The quality of these forwards rival kits that cost way more. There are many sellers on Amazon and Ebay selling similar kits. This particular kit actually cost a bit more. But the quality of anything is in the details. All the hardware is there. The instructions are decent and filled with diagrams to assist in assembly and installation. I could have saved myself some money with a cheaper set, but I am glad I spent the few extra bucks. I highly recommend these if you are thinking of upgrading mid controls to forward controls. ... show more

Pictures don’t do it justice as to how robust and solid these are. Harley salesman told me not to even consider amazon. Never received anything so well packaged, haven’t even installed them but excited just looking at the quality. Rating it 5 stars due to the fit and finish being great (especially compared to the $700 version from the motor co). I did have 1 bolt strip but that was on me. Definitely worth it to upgrade using this kit!
