I've been trying out these attachments with my Dyson V8 Absolute vacuum. The only reason I picked up this set is because of the "flexible hose" labeled for "dryer lint" in the product description here. Apart from this particular attachment, three of these are duplicates of attachments that come bundled with the Dyson V8 Absolute vacuum, so I don't need these, and the remaining two are bristled attachments that don't really provide much differentiation from other attachments. However, I think the "flexible hose" is mislabeled, because it's rigid, not flexible: I must have missed the "easy to get straight" instructions in the product description here. But I think the cost of this set is low enough to get this particular attachment for hard-to-reach areas such as under car seats. Some might be interested in my photo, which shows the actual list of attachments from the product packaging that differs from the product description here. ... show more

This set of tools is great for the money. The regular tools cost an arm and a leg. These seem to be well made for the money. They also offer a host of options to use on your pet (I know, its not listed as such but experimentation leads to innovation :D). This one also fits the D40 I have unlike the other two I ordered which seemed to be missing an adapter? This one, however, was the whole kit and worked without any issues. ... show more

First off - I have the Dyson v7 Trigger I got over 5 years ago. It's still going strong. I have replaced the filters (offbrand work fine) and replaced the battery. I ordered this set because I lost my straight neck attachment and ended up replacing it with 6! All the attachments fit perfectly and maintain the great suction. ... show more
