I have plantar fasciitis and my feet do best when I do a combination of products and stretching. I like that I can throw these on before bed and see a difference by morning even if I didn’t do anything else. My feet can have a sharp pain the night before wearing the socks and by morning it’s a dull soreness. These alone are not enough to entirely eliminate plantar fasciitis but they do make a significantly good difference. As the instructions say, they’re not meant to be walked in so it’s a little awkward to hobble around for my middle of the night bathroom pee. And as with any plantar fasciitis product or stretch, your feet can be a little sore when it’s on and doing it’s job. So far I’ve had these for about 3-4 days seems to be working but it’s very difficult to put them on the inserts between your toes. It’s very thick and my toes seem to disappear behind them. I almost felt like I was gonna break my baby toe just trying to find it to get, it put in place

I’m looking for anything that gives relief to bunions. These socks are soft so they work while splints and other items simply do not. You can’t wear them with shoes or really even walk around in them but when I get home and kick up my feet, these things bring relief. I wasn’t expecting them to work so I’m very pleasantly surprised. Will they help realign my toes? I am guessing no but they bring confort to my aching dogs and that’s good enough for me. ... show more

These hurt sooooo good! I have been on my feet in safety shoes for 12+ hrs a night for 18years. I walk around 10+ miles a night in these shoes sometimes up to 15+ miles. These socks are a welcome treat to space my toes out after being confined in those shoes for that long. Like my head line says these hurt so good as they realign my feet to a somewhat natural spacing. I wear them for a few hours at a time because sometime my feet are so tender from work. They are good quality and thick too. I got 2 pairs, the XL are just that, for feet larger than 13M US, I wear a 13M US and the large fit just right, I have wide feet too. Recommend 5/5. ... show more
