I did a ton of research on play pens, and this one ended up being absolutely perfect for our needs. For one thing, it is SO easy to assemble (no tools required), and the directions were crystal clear. Some of the other reviewers say that the directions don’t specify which way to put the bottom pole, but they must have updated the instructions bc they clearly explain (and have pictures) which way to put the bottom poles so that the play pen will attach properly at the end. In addition to easy set up, the pen is quite durable and allows for any shape, or even a long zig-zag line, which is how I end up using it. I bring it with me for my current 9 mo to use when her older sibling is in the hospital (which happens regularly). I use the pen like a long gate. The panels lock into place in whatever position I choose, and I can section off part of the room easily. I make sure to have an extra panel running along the wall on each end for support and put a chair or something by then for added security. The suction cups on the bottom work really well too. I love that I can see my daughter when she is in the pen, and she likes looking out when she is sitting down and playing. It is also portable. As I said, I use it during hospital stays, and it folds up like an accordion and can be set up in SECONDS. I really don’t know how this one could be much better. I’m so impressed with this playpen. The mesh is important for safety too, she doesn’t risk hitting her head on hard plastic/metal/wood. The rails are cushioned underneath the fabric too. The healthy is great, it is a few inches above her head still. She is 9 months old, but a little small for her age, for reference. Highly recommend. It arrived like 3 days after I ordered it too. Great product.

We really like the play pen-it’s sturdy and my 10 month old daughter LOVES the pull up rings. I like that it can be used as a fort when she’s older with the zip up doors lol. It’s also big enough to lay down in while she plays which is a plus Would have given 4 stars because a piece was broken when we received it (a bottom bar)-though we kept using it at the smaller size- however the customer support was top tier. After emailing back and forth we ended up receiving the wrong size replacement piece (womp womp) but instead of making us wait longer for the piece again, they sent us a whole new pen. I really appreciated them being committed to making it right. So in summary-solid pen we liked before, even better support so 5 ⭐️

When my son started crawling, my wife and my life got insanely complicated during day time when both of us had to work our full time jobs and tend to our son who for some unexplainable reason loves to crawl to corners and to the stairs. Running after him had become frustrating especially when we both had meetings all day. We looked through many play pens online to find one that was big enough that he wouldn't feel claustrophobic and was easy to setup and more importantly something that we could easily take apart and store away when we needed the space to entertain family and guests AND bring back in when we were too busy to attend to the baby. This is the only one we could find that met out expectations. The initial setup took about 30mins. The assembly instructions were just okay and we made a few mistakes that took a bit longer to correct but eventually we got it figured out. Once the initial setup was complete we could easily fold the entire pen and store away in out coat closet. It needs about 4ftx3ftx3ft space to store the folded play pen. Once unfolded, we got a 6ftx6ftx2.5ft enclosure that can hold 2 adults and a baby and some choice toys quite comfortably. Our son loved it right off the bat and he keeps busy within the pen by himself. He has plenty of space to crawl around. We can now focus on our jobs and don't have to worry about him hurting himself. The pen itself is very sturdy and very well built. The padding and fabric part is also of high quality with make this worth every penny. There are a few downsides that are not deal breakers but worth mentioning. I wish that the pen came with a base. We bought another padded foldable base that cost about an additional $80. The folding of the pen needs us to unlink any one joint and "unlock" the remaining joints to fold. The unlinking is not as simple as the video shows. It takes a bit of messing around to detach the joint but once done, it is very easy to fold. My solution to this was to not link the bottom part of one joint with makes it infinitely easier to detach that joint. The tradeoff is that the one joint is still not as sturdily held together but it still holds well enough to not bend or buckle or shift. Overall this is a very worthy investment to keep our child safe and active and gives us enough piece of mind to focus on our work. I highly recommend this foldable play pen!

REVIEW UPDATE: Dripex sent me their new redesigned playpen as a replacement for the old one, which I had given one star. The new one, although much smaller, is SIGNIFICANTLY better. It's easy to put together, stays together, has padding to covering the connections, and is overall very sturdy and great quality. Original review for old product: This thing is awful. Setting it up is so beyond difficult - getting the bottom and the top to latch at the same time is next to impossible. And then it still comes apart / doesn't lock in correctly. Even my husband who is extremely handy struggled to put this thing together. We've had it for almost two months and haven't even really used it yet because our baby is still a newborn, and it's already unlocking on every panel and is falling down / coming apart just from it being bumped into or moved slightly. It's more than frustrating. I'm trying to put it back together and am ready to pick it up and throw it out my front door. I wish we bought something else.

We purchased the large version (71x69), which does not have a bottom. It is difficult to set up. The panels are constructed with a weak zipper that can easily break. You cannot easily fold up the panels as is shown in the product description, at least not for this version of the product. The panels fall apart super easily even when locked. This is extremely unsafe for our baby. There are plastics parts on every panel that are not covered by padding that could possibly harm baby. I would not recommend this product to anyone. It is flimsy and super low quality. We really regret purchasing it as we are unlikely to get a refund based on other reviews. Edit: We got a full refund for this product, thankfully. We've still been using it regardless of the flaws, because our baby hasn't started crawling yet. I think it could work better if we had it on a hard surface so we could use the suction cups. It has been difficult to use this version with the open bottom on carpet. Here are some suggestions for the seller: 1. Make the instructions more clear. They sent us an email saying that we did not connect the panels correctly, but we still don't understand what they mean. 2. Make the locking mechanism less painful to use. It kinda hurts to lock and unlock because you have to push and slide on these plastic parts, and it hurts your thumbs. Maybe a good thing cause baby definitely won't figure it out lol 3. Cover the exposed plastic parts with padded fabric, so baby won't get hurt 4. Add a gate so we don't need to step over with baby in our hands each time we go in there

Well, my 8 months old need a secure location while he play in the living room, so I decide to give this item a chance n went with it. After checking out few similar brand, I like this concept n feature on this playpen the most. I’ll listed the pro n con below. Pro: very sturdy. Foldable U can actually adjust the shape Con: instruction vague n I believe it was for older Model. Not 2021 version No padding on vertical bar. Baby still can tip over n hit their head. My baby did. On panel with door, the fabric netting zipper is on one side n the door zipper is on other side. Even though the zipper tag is taper in with Velcro. I think there still chance baby can still grab n undo it. But all in all, I’m still pretty satisfy with this item. I still manage to put it together fairly easy even though the instruction wasn’t on point. The bar is not padded but I’m sure once my baby sit strong enough, there no worry of him tipping over. The best part to this is that the package come with 8 panel. So u can use all 8 panel n make a perfect square. Or like myself, just use 6 and make a rectangular shape instead. Still big enough for baby but not so large that it take over the whole living room. 4/18/21: I forgot to mention, the shipping service from this company is awesome. I placed the order, expected delivery date was like in 2 weeks since it wasn’t part of Amazon prime. I was anxious n needed it ASAP but what can I do but wait. Surprisingly, it was deliver 2 days later. Wow. I was happily surprised n set it up for my son right away. Therefore, I must assume that the company realize that ppl are buying these cus they needed it for their baby ASAP. So they took the liberty to send it sooner than they have to. Thank you for that.

Really love this playpen and it seems to be better designed than the ones I have seen at other parents homes. First the locking mechanism between the panels makes it really clear when it is locked or unlocked. I It takes no time at all to refold the pen against the wall when you are not using it. The zipper openings open from the top so you can just fold the mesh out of the way. Other playpens I have seen open from the bottom which can cause kids to trip or get caught in the fabric. Each panel has suction cup feet so it will not move or slide on hardwood floors. The installation out of the box is simple and straight forward. It is light enough that I have taken it outside on nice weather days to let the kids place in the grass. The fabric used seems durable and soft and there are no gaps or pinch points for little kid fingers to get into. Each household with baby or toddler needs one of types of playpens and I think this particular one if fantastic.

Absolutely love this thing! The build quality is great, super durable, and definitely holds up. Putting this thing together was quick and easy. There are a total of 8 pieces that can be put together to make one large enclosure, or you can have 2 smaller enclosures with only 4 pieces or any where in between. Can be used as an enclosure or just a fence to prevent access. It’s perfect for my dogs and children alike. The process of switching from enclosure to fence is super simple as demonstrated in the video. It can fold up to fit in our car and it works great at the park as well. Having the peace of mind that our child won’t walk or crawl away while still getting to experience the great outdoors is wonderful. This also works great for making sure everyone stays in the same room when dinner is being prepared, like the title says LIFE SAVER!
