I bought this vest strictly because it had so many pockets that zip shut or Velcro shut. There are five pockets that are closable on each side of the front of the vest on the outside. It also has a deep pocket for your hand on each side. There are two zip pockets on each side of the inside of the vest. The pockets range in size so that you can carry almost anything in them. I have carried my iPad and two or three bottles of pop to move from one jobsite to another. It is unbelievable how sturdy everything is and all of this for such a low price. I bought my first vest two months ago and have been using it daily ever since and have washed it several times. After having the first one for only one day I was so impressed that I bought two more. I use the vest in work situations and it has not let me down once. The zippers seem to be holding up fine as well as the Velcro. I keep waiting for it to fall apart because it was such a reasonable price but, everything seems to be holding up good even though I’ve washed it three or four times already. I bought a similar vest from that pocket vest company and it was a much lighter weight and was like $75. ... show more

I this was very comfy to wear, but it does have a lot of pockets. I just need to remember where I put things into each of the pockets. Lightweight and very comfortable. This vest is not "built to last"; zippers fall apart, as does the stitching, although the stitching is easy enough to repair. Take special note if the big front pockets' lower stitching starts coming loose, as items will fall through any gaps between the netting and the fabric. This is a great vest. I ordered my regular size and it fit well for spring fishing. But over a couple of layers for fall fishing, I ordered one size larger. The main zipper could be a little more robust. The pockets have good capacity, even for bulky items.

inexpensive mesh vest for carrying stuff while at work. Bought the XXL size in Army Green (some websites say that XXL is the same as 2XL, some say it's different). Picture shows the difference between this vest and a 2XL from my dear uncle Milty. It was advertised as on sale for $26.88 so I went ahead and ordered it in my typical size. If I had read the reviews I may have gone up to the XXXL, which measures the same as my dear uncle Milty's 2XL. Live and learn. It's a lightweight mesh vest, so I don't know how well it would handle loading up the pockets up with heavy hand tools. For notepads, pens, safety glasses, ear plugs etc I think it will be fine. I own a number of these vests and can't recommend highly enough loading one up with everything you might need if you went out hiking and got lost in the woods; firestarter, multitool, granola bars, etc. "ATTENTION PLEASE: We update the fishing vest size from 2019/8/21 (add size XXXL in mesh style, and according to the customer feedback, we sized up for other sizes), please choose your usual wear size and refer to Flygo size chart below our product description." **yeah, don't choose your usual wear size; measure and check against their size chart.** 4 stars because if I had measured a vest I already owned I'd have probably ordered the size that fit me - not the size listed on the tags of stuff I already own. It's been handy for carrying photo gear. Small to large. Nikon Z 70-200 fits in one of the larger pockets and my Z9 in the other large pocket. Its tight with those two items in there. Plus have not tried yet but believe I can sneak in a 24-70 also. That is for when I don't want to carry around a camera backpack. Weight is reasonably distributed. Also on planes they certainly will x-ray/scan it it but it subtracts one carry on item. Good Buy. ... show more
