Remote doesn’t work which is annoying because you can’t operate the lamp without the remote. You have a $100 piece of equipment that is useless all because of a $2 remote 🙄🙄 such perfect timing for the holidays.

I bought this lamp for my autistic toddler and she loves it! The older she gets the more of a sensory seeker she has become and this lamp provides her stimulation as well as calmness in multiple ways including: multi-colored lights, white noise sounds, and touch through the vibrations she feels when turned on. It is both relaxing and entertaining for not only her but her older brother and myself as well. Definitely worthy of every dollar spent! I read some reviews where there were complaints of it being too loud, however, it is not any louder than your typical fish tank. We have wooden floors in our home which I can only assume enhance the sound compared to carpet but it is more of a white noise than a nuisance and I have found that if you put it against the corner of the room the vibrations are not as intense therefore drowning out some of the sound. Then again, as previously stated, the noise is not as bad as some reviews hint so it is not a big concern of ours. I have not noticed any faulting in the product yet, although I don't doubt the reviews that claimed differently. However, accidents happen and I don't believe that is reason enough to give this product only one star before giving the seller opportunity to address the issue. The only advice I could provide to make this product more user-friendly is if wall brackets were an option to purchase separately. My 3 year old has already managed to tip it over twice despite it's weight and height resulting in 2 gallons of water rushing my wooden floors without sparing me any mercy. Fitted wall brackets would definitely be an added bonus! However, if I can't find any that fit from other brands, making my own shouldn't be too complicated but instead more of just an inconvenience. Either way, we love this lamp and are happy with our purchase especially considering you won't find a better bubble tube lamp for this price ... show more

There is a noise from the motor, but it’s really like white noise. The fish it comes with float great up and down and the remote works great. Very happy! ... show more

I am very happy with my purchase. As many others have reviewed, the motors have a noticeable hum. It sounds very close to the sound a running fan makes - which I personally don’t mind. Each individual bubble lamp takes about 2 gallons of distilled water, you don’t have to assemble anything. Just pour the water and fish in, then you’re good to go. (I didn’t add the fish to mine). The only cons I have to mention is that the LED remotes are spotty. You have to angle them just right for them to want to work. I find that a bit annoying but it’s tolerable. The other thing is that both packaging the bubble lamps came in were very beat up. It looked like someone had kicked it down the street. So much to the point that one of the boxes didn’t even have the fish taped to the tube anymore.. which made me feel like it could have potentially been a manufacturing error rather than a mail carrier error? I’m not sure but they’re in tip top shape so can’t complain too much. ... show more
