It was very easy to assemble, and the included pump was super convenient and simple to use. The kids jumped right on and have really enjoyed the challenge of balancing and bouncing. It’s been a great way for them to work on coordination and balance in a playful way. That said, the plastic foot holder does feel a bit cheaply made. While it hasn’t broken yet, we’re a little cautious and unsure about how long it will last with regular use. So far, though, it’s held up better than expected. Overall, while we don’t think it’s totally worth the full price, it is a fun toy and has provided a lot of entertainment. Ordered 2 of these. One came with a defective pump. When I contacted the company directly about sending a replacement, they advised me that they didn't have any in stock and to return the entire product back to Amazon. That leaves me with a disappointed child. Thankfully I ordered 2 so I was able to lump both up. Had I only gotten the defective one, it would have been frustrating. Company claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but does not deliver on that promise. 4 stars for a fun toy, would give customer service 1 star, overall barely a 3 star. ... show more
