Purchased for 2019 Challenger GT. Installation took less than 2 hours, came with all necessary band clamps to install. Car sounds great, system isn't to loud, increased HP and throttle response. Nice exhaust system at a reasonable price.

I won't lie, it took me a week or so to get used to the exhaust being louder, which I know sounds stupid. Overall though I'm very pleased. I haven't done any timed runs to see what kind of performance difference it made, but it definitely made my Challenger sound like a muscle car should. Really that's what it's all about. I was a bit worried with my car being a V6, that it would sound more like an import than a domestic muscle car. Those fears proved to be misplaced as it's got a good deep bass rumble to it now. I love standing next to it and listening to it idle. If you're looking for a good cat-back system to give your Challenger a bit of a meaner edge, this is it. One last thing, for the best sound pair this with a cold air intake. I've got the Mopar CAI on mine, but I've heard good things about the K&N as well.

My 2016 Challenger only has 2500 miles, so the disassembly of the factory system was easy. My friend has a lift and with 2 people the job went quick, less than an hour. Flowmaster has made a quality kit that fit perfectly into the factory rubber hangers. A bit of lube will help remove and replace the rubber. The clamps that came with the kit are also high quality, take time to orient them in the proper direction, and assemble the system 'loosely' until complete, then tighten from front to rear. Don't forget to slide the locks onto the rubber hangers. The sound is pretty mellow ,but definitely louder than stock from inside the car. The system terminates at the factory chrome trim, but adding your choice of tips would enhance the appearance.

I installed this system on my 2017 Challenger SXT Plus and have been very happy with the results. I wanted a bit more than the stock exhaust but nothing over the top loud. This is a nice middle ground. This will give you a nice exhaust note outside and no drone inside. This system is easy to install and had no issues with fit, taking the stock exhaust off was more work than the install of the American Thunder system. As far as more HP, I really can't say the car is faster, my 0-60 runs have been 5.8-6.0 last few runs but I love how she sounds now. Make your Challenger happy with a FM American Thunder exhaust. By far the best mod for your V6 Challenger.

Great system, Everything went together very smooth. Don’t expect it to sound like a V8, but it does have a throaty V6 sound and doesn’t sound like a 4 cylinder. I wish Flowmaster would leave the resonators out of this system.

Overall it sounds great, however when you are cruising on the highway at 70 mph there is an unbearable drone. Right at 1900 rpm it becomes a drone making machine that doesn’t go away and you don’t get used to it. I drive it in sport mode on the highway right now until I figure out what to do because sport mode keeps the rpm at about 2200-2300 rpm which I know is using more gas and is harder on the car.

The media could not be loaded. The product came damaged, the exhaust tip was bent but i think it was an easy fix and did not want to do all the hustle of returning it.. So i got it installed the same day it was delivered... my 2018 challenger sounded great, its not very loud (moderate sound)... im giving it 3stars just because of the damaged part... but overall im satiesfied with the product... would’ve been a 5star though!

I did not know which exhaust system to get for my Challenger V6 SXT and I've always heard great things about Flowmaster for that muscle-car-sound. Easy installation at a muffler shop, and the sound is perfect! Not too agressively loud and annoying, with the awesome muscle car rumble! Recommend it to anyone who wants that cool sound.
