I paid $10 for fast shipping..it came a day later then expected so this company refunded me the $10 right away .. I wish all companies would have great service like this one does! Read a review here saying it's a nice deep sound that's not too loud..??? This thing is very loud "to me" anyways ... Installed easy, and product looks great. Company was great to work with, but if I knew this was going to be this loud I would have passed on this model. The installation is really easy and quick. Only takes about an hour to install. Sounds great on my 2018 F-150 Definitely recommend this product.
