This exhaust bolted up easily on 2001 GMC Sierra. Everything fit perfectly with no modifications. Only took us about 1 hour to remove old system and get the new system installed. Has a nice deep tone now.

Ok so here is the deal, after months of reviewing similar products I chose this one for its price and the reviews, this fit my 2002 gmc sierra with an extended cab and a standard bed and a 5.3 vortec engine, I love the look of the dual exhaust and it sounds good, nice low rumble and peak noise at 1700 rpms so its quite at highway speeds, the only reason I gave this 4 out of 5 instead of 5 is because when I put this on I didnt have a way to remove some of the old bolts to bolt it together ended up costing another 100$ to have a shop remove the bolts and finish the job, if you habe a torch or a way to remove the original pressed in bolts this is perfect, overall a great exhaust

What a waste. Will never buy this again. Did not fit my '01 Silverado at all. It was misaligned, and misbent in at least 4 places. Impossible to install without being directly against the spare tire, the tow hitch back where it bolts onto the truck frame, and pumpkin ball. After messing with it 4 hours gave up and had to take it to a pro muffler shop (should have done that in the beginning) and cut, bend, and modify hangers to make it fit, kind of. Still couldnt get it better than 1/4" clearances some places. In other words, this "bolt on" kit was anything but "bolt on". And.. to top it all off, relaized I WAY overpaid. Paid $530 bucks, plus messing around underneatht the truck for 4 hours, plus had to take it and pay a pro shop to fix it. Could have got a custom built, full stainless dual exhaust from him for $450. Moral of story, never buying a bolt on kit again. On another note, I like the sound except it cab drones at 55-60 mph.

The system works good, and sounds good, but was not quite as easy to install as I assumed it would be. I gave it only 3 stars because the packaging was horrible. May not be that way for everyone, but my box was open and the parts were scattered everywhere. Luckily everything was still there. I did some extra work to the system on the hangers to ensure that they could not fall off, by welding flat washers on the ends. Overall, it's a good system and I don't regret purchasing it.
