I must admit I’ve only used these once, but only due to the fact that I feel I need a small, even though my hand measurements are within the Med range on their size guide. I think they’re worth reordering due to the quality and comfort level. I wish there was a way to make the water resistance higher as I can’t tell as big of a difference as I’d hoped for. I use these swim gloves in my water aerobics class. They really help me get great resistance while doing the exercises and swimming across the pool. They are very comfotable. I like that the palm of the glove is made of a material that's great for gripping the exercise equipment or the edges of the pool when I need to. I have very small hands and the medium fits well enough if I pull the velcro tight at the wrist. I've only had them a month so I can't really speak about durability and how long they last yet. Well made. Work well. Three stars has to do with sizing. I’ve worn Speedo gloves in the past but needed a new pair. Decided to try these, measured my hand and ordered the appropriate size-medium. They run LARGE. I’ve used them so can’t return them. May keep these as spares and order a small.
