Snug fit on width, after breaking in shoe loosens up and feels like you're wearing soft slippers but comfortable like an asics gel nimbus running shoe. I'm around 250 lbs and with daily wear that feeling lasts six months to a year then I replace the shoe insert with a Dr Scholls work or comfort insert once or twice out to two years. Replaced previous shoe after four years because heel wore out completely on my outside edges and had appearance scratches like normal. Very happy with this shoe.
