This dress is beautiful and I got so many compliments! It’s almost like a faux wrap dress and because the material is thin, you can see the seam of the material but it didn’t really matter. The sizing was strange though. According to the reviews I should go with an XL and according to the site, I needed a 3XL (6ft tall, 215lb, 14/16 size). I bought both in XL and 2xl. Less than $50?! A steal! The dress is well sewn. The fabric is good quality, doesn’t snag, drapes beautifully, wrinkles steam out easily. The straps are adjustable and the seams are well sewn so no wardrobe malfunctions. Make sure you measure yourself and follow the sizing chart carefully. I received many compliments and felt great wearing this dress to a wedding reception.

It did take a solid 30 minutes to steam out the dress and I wish I had worn better boob covering/support. But I danced a ton and the dress still looked great. I didnt know if a 1X or 2X would fit me better, so I ordered both to try on. I got two different dresses. Both black, satin dresses with the swoop in the front. Both came in at 1X. The one that looks like the image was a bit tight across my chest (im a 38C) but fit perfectly everywhere else. The other one was just plain and not as flattering. I’m 5’7” and 155lbs, so I ordered the large plus since my hips are bigger just to be safe. I ended up getting it taken in since it was actually way too big (should have just ordered the large or even a medium like I usually am). It’s so pretty, the fabric is a little on the cheap side but I can’t complain for the price. Would definitely buy again!
