I got this last minute for an event and it was at my door 24 hours later. I am so pleasantly surprised with this dress! I feel beautiful in it. I am 5’6”, about 160 pounds, and I got a large. It fits perfectly. I’m on the edge where sometimes I wear a medium, but when I read the reviews about the arms, I sized up. I’m glad I did, because any tighter and they would’ve been uncomfortable. Just keep that in mind if you’re between sizes. In regular lighting, it is not see through (I haven’t worn it in bright daytime light yet though), but I will wear shapewear underneath it because I like to smooth things out anyway. There are 2 slits on either side and they’re not obscene—they’re just right. I think those were my only concerns! I doubt this will last for years to come but this is an excellent option if you’re in a bind. ... show more

    • This dress is very sheer. It was too sheer for me to feel comfortable in it.

This dress fit nicely, however the fabric is more sheer than I was interested in. The color was flattering as well. Simply the sheerness of this dress is the reason I returned it. However, If you wear a slip underneath then it may be okay.

So I have this dress in a red version and wanted in a black version. Ladies I definitely recommend. Very flattering and so cute with a Jean jacket ontop. I wore these dresses often pregnant and postpartum, for me it helped hide certain problem areas and kept me looking cute for date night.
