If you love pork crackling you will love these! I’m from the Deep South and grew up eating pork cracklings. I no longer eat pork and found these. They literally taste like that but in a form of soft cracklings that’s chicken! I will definitely purchase again. Wish they wasn’t so expensive, but will definitely buy again when I get one of those nostalgic cravings. 9/10

I've purchased these twice. It's a great snack, but at what cost? Currently (7/2/22), if you look at the price above, it's $3.49 an ounce. That's insane for a snack. I really like chicken skin, but they really need to find a way to bring that price down. The actual product is good. It looks nowhere like the pictures, where the skins are flat and perfect. Every bag I've had they are curled up, with about half the chips as small broken pieces floating around the bottom of the bag. But the flavor is good, if sharp. I got the salt and vinegar variety, and it's spot on. Not sure what other people are saying about it being bland or reporting no flavor. This definitely had a solid flavor to it and it was delicious. But not $3.49/ounce delicious.

The positive thing first, the flavor is actually pretty good. I want to love these for that reason alone. However, I bought 8 bags and the first three I have opened are not chips by any definition. They are crumbs. The biggest chip I have found was about the size of a dime. The bag size is 1 ounce. Trust me, an ounce isn't much. The value for these is non-existent. I really, really wanted to like these but the quality control and price per serving just kills it for me.

Update: I increased a star because I ordered freshly fried chicken skins at a restaurant, trying to see how these compare, and it tastes the same! So, Flock does an excellent job, I just don't like the skins without the chicken attached! Only opened one bag so far, but the majority was broken into smaller pieces. I would have liked a stronger vinegar flavor. The salt ratio was decent in this bag, but some bags have been too salty. I like the concept of these better than the execution, so far. I keep getting them because I gaslight myself into thinking I'll like them better this time. Lol! If you haven't ever tried these, I'd get a bag of the regular ones before getting a flavored bag. And stick to one each flavor, if it's an option. My continual purchase of these might be part Stockholm Syndrome, due to purchasing a multi-pack initially and not wanting my money to go to waste.

The vinegar & salt are my favorite - a perfect balance of flavors without one overwhelming the other. They are great for snacking, in salads, and a host of other options.
