Finally an economical solar panel that produces! Usually you get 50% of advertised capacity, the best brands get 60-70%. This thing gave me 180watts 75% on a hazy day in January at 25degrees. The product is a solid build and solid design, set up took 5mins but the included legs are a little complicated to attach to the panel but nothing big. It's a little heavy compared to my Dokio 220. But out performs all my other panels hands down. I took a big chance with this brand, I was going Renogy originally and there's not a lot online about this 240 but I'm giving this item 4.5 stars -.5 stars for the legs but far as functionality it's a 10. 75% is highly impressive and I would have paid more for it. Looks to be a very good panel. It is a little bigger than my EcoFlo 220 watt but it puts out more watts. I got 222 watts in the center of the USA in February. I don't care for the stands on either one of these Solar Panels but they work.

I got this based on the solid review someone else posted. Plugged it in today and works perfectly. I got this back up battery 3 yrs ago to keep my computer going during wild fire prevention power black outs, now I am headed off to a remote island half way across the world with unreliable power and internet so this is the perfect solution to powering my SMART phone and Satellite Connectivity. In direct ( fall ) Sunlight, the panel was pushing 222 watts of electricity into my DJI 1000 !!! In 3 hours it charged my solar Generator back to 95 % !!! Easy to set up, hook up - Power UP !

Item came on time and undamaged. Comes in a convenient set up, able to carry all it's contents in side-mounted mesh bag. The loops on edges are good for mounting or hanging in the sun. On performance, I set it up in full blazing sun using the highest transmission method, (DC), and the system failed to push more than 45w vs the advertised 60w. With ANY clouds or haze the panels drastically reduce output, actually down to 0, at times with the sun still out. This, in effect is the most important thing this product should do, produce power. Otherwise the unit feels very durable and well constructed. On a separate note, this is not the set up for backpacking. As it says it's a little over 6 lbs, (mine weighed 6.2), so it's heavy, as much as an armor plate for perspective. If things improve with regard to output I'll revisit this review. ... show more
