I really like this cool/ magic adjustable bed frame and my mom was surprised when I raised the back of the frame. It is super helpful when watching movies or reading a book. The adjustable feature is smooth and quiet. And the remote control is magnetic! However I have a 14 inch mattress which is kind heavy when raising it up, but the frame is made of metal so it is durable and sturdy. Also there are a lot of great details. I like the headboard with LED lights. The storage headboard with the charging station is great where I can put some small items, and at the same time I can keep my phone charged. There are also two removable drawers that I can put away some of my bed sheets and keep neat. The assembling process is not that straightforward because of the wires. Overall the quality is great. Price is fair.

So one piece came damaged and the headboard was very difficult to fit in and is shorter on one side but I got it to fit finally. I would have given the whole thing a 4 star review even after all of those hiccups because I loved the design and how easy it was to use after I put it together. But then when I went to plug in the top part, I raised the head of the bed all the way and had to unplug the motor and move it to a different outlet. Everything was fine until I came out from under the bed to put it back down and the motor was stuck in the raised position. After unplugging everything and making sure it was all connected in a different outlet and doing another million things to troubleshoot, the motor is just stuck in the farthest position. I don’t know what it was that broke the best part, but somehow I did it. The frame is fine as a normal bed frame but I’m so devastated over the best feature being broken so easily after less than one month of use. With the issues with the headboard parts, I reached out to the company but they said they could not send me those individual pieces. The frame is so heavy in the box that instead of receiving a whole new bed, I just decided I would try those parts one more time or live without them. The company was kind enough to refund me, but now with the motor broken and I was able to make those pieces work, I know there’s no chance of getting just the motor. I’m just so frustrated and upset that I will have to disassemble the entire thing just to assemble a new and different model. I wish they were able to send the only piece(s) I would need to make this bed work well.

The media could not be loaded. Okay ! So this arrived quickly and I got it put together the same day with help of the guys that delivered my couch (for $70😩),however it took them about 2 and half hours to put it together,ain’t gonna lie it will take about 2people to assemble this cause it’s heavy duty .I’d say I love it so far cause it helps with my gas acid reflux and I’d definitely recommend it plus everything came in good shape and all the equipments necessary where provided and you can see how far the incline can go in the video below, …the led light is also one of my favorite things you also can control the light on your phone 💃💃.Buyyyyyyy it
