If you don’t need a drawer, get this one! Put it together myself and certainly would’ve been less challenging and less time with help but definitely doable solo if you’re strong enough to lift pieces. Installation Tips: ratcheting screwdriver is your best friend but you knew that already as you’ve put together countless pieces of furniture before. Early (step 2) you stretch the crossbeam but it doesn’t say how far. I was stressing about it but it doesn’t matter. You just need to extend it in preparation for the next step and will do a final adjustment to the length at the end when attaching to table top. There are two screws that go into the bottom of the table top that don’t have starter holes. I didn’t need a drill at all just screwed right into the table. If doing solo, want to position the table top and controls correctly before flipping the table right side up so you don’t have to rotate the table 180 degrees by yourself. As I was attaching some bolts I was concerned that they weren’t exactly center in their “guide slots” but all came out great with no wonky issues after everything had their final tightening. Great smooth table surface that seems easy to clean. Sturdy and quality construction and materials of legs and braces. No missing pieces and everything was machined extremely well. I put some pics to show what the underside looks like complete. As I mentioned earlier I love the company as well. I had an issue and contacted customer service and they were able to resolve my issue very quickly and fairly. No doubts about the product or company.

I have owned this desk for a few months and have benefited greatly. The quality and value is greater than the cost for certain! After much research prior to purchasing an adjustable desk, this one kept my attention throughout all the searches, comparisons, cost, quality, customer service etc. While this desk kept beating the comparable options out there, I chose this one even though there were some random negative reviews out there. IF you read the instructions first, then start assembly, you can't fail. For those who had performance issues, maybe the rushed through the instructions and potentially affected the expected performance of the desk. I just don't see how this product wouldn't function exactly as stated unless the purchaser goofed something during assembly. Prior to owning this desk, just like you, I wanted and hoped that having the option to stand and sit throughout the day would be a healthy benefit over complications of sitting too long. I no longer have any issues ( sore back, sore feet, etc) so if this is your first time considering a standing/sitting desk, regardless the brand- you'll probably benefit too. I was able to assemble the desk by myself and the instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. Within about 30 minutes, my desk was up and running. One concern I had since I purchased 48" desk was stability and potential wobbling but the desk is very stable even at it's highest setting. Part of the feet on my situation are on carpet and part were on non carpeted area (the rear feet). It was easy to add a block of wood under the rear feet and by using a level, I was able to have a perfectly level desk. I read where some buyers were assembling the screws with a power driver and if I remember the instructions recommended this for the attachments under the desk. I also read where some found the screw stripped out from the wood and would no longer hold a tight grip. This is probably from someone not knowing how to adjust their power driver and they over turned the screw. I use my power driver often and know well how to adjust the setting to only tighten and not over tighten. However, I took an extra amount of caution and hand screwed so I could feel the tightness and prevent any mistakes. I would recommend this since there isn't an option to test power driver settings prior to setting the screws. Especially since the desk material is pressed wood. I did pilot drill the holes when necessary, which prevents mistakes as well. The second concern I had prior to my purchase was, what if it arrives and it's not as great as the reviews listed and what will the seller's customer service be like if I have a problem now or in the future? I have experienced both now and I can honestly say, I don't know what I am happier with, the desk or the customer service? When the desk arrived, I realized I mistakenly ordered the 40". Prior to contacting the seller, I went ahead and ordered the 48" desk, then contacted the seller and asked if I could return the 40". Even if I had not already purchased the 48" desk prior to contacting the seller, they would have helped me make the exchange. ( I was just in a hurry and didn't want to wait for the seller to receive the returned desk and then order the 48"). The seller reached out several times updating me on the process of my return and even helped me with repacking the desk to be returned. As for a Why Not to purchase this desk, I don't have a reason to share that I would not purchase this specific desk and especially from this specific seller. Until you start shopping for adjustable desk, you don't realize there are so many options out there it can be time consuming comparing, but hopefully my review will save you more time than I spent to make the right decision for my needs.

Honestly, the shipping was quick. Literally thought I had to wait a week for it! The packages came in two of course. Opened up everything and it took me almost 1hr 30min to put it all together. It will take longer if it's just one person because these metal pieces are a bit heavy to lift. The only thing I had trouble besides the heaviness of it, was one of the instruction part. It didn't show clearly of where to screw it onto the table surface. It was confusing and I didn't know if I need to drill another hole? Anyways, I figured it and did my way, so it worked! Super happy with the product and working perfectly fine... for now..

I’m am so glad I bought this desk over an ikea desk, the assembly was very easy although I did build it alongside someone else, but still you could build this yourself as well! The table is super sturdy and it is just very clean looking! For the price this is extremely worth it! If you guys are all for cable management as well, I would recommend that you pair this with any other cable raiser from Amazon or your preferred shopping site just to give it that 10/10 look from underneath!

A lot of desks in this price point come with sectioned desktops. This one is solid. The materials were great. Assembly was easy (took me about 40 min to put together). Desk height adjustments work fine. My biggest complaint is that the cord is so very short. You basically have to have a power strip mounted or right under the engine to plug this thing in. The cord should be a foot or so longer for those that just want to plug this into a nearby wall socket.

I don't submit many reviews, but this desk is exceptional. The entire thing came in one box, so not sure what all the questions are about multiple shipments arriving at different times. I needed 2 guys to carry the box in, but I put it together by myself. After unboxing, sorting out all the parts and reviewing the instructions, the assembly took me about 40 minutes. The electronics work smoothly and quietly. I was not especially looking for an adjustable desk, but this one seemed to be have all the other features I was looking for, and was the best value. I probably won't change the height much, but it's nice to have the option. It is just the right size for my hobby space. I like the clean, modern, simple style. It is sturdy, stable, and well-constructed. Very happy with this choice.
