1)Just put this together last night (my husband). My Husband had to drill a couple holes that were missing, but it was fairly simple and took about 30 minutes. Tools are enclosed, but he used his own drill also. 2)This desk is for my new WFH job. I needed something to fit dual monitors and fit on a 4-foot section of wall. This is great! I love that I can stand or sit as I find it VERY hard to sit still or at a desk for any length of time. I also bought a standing pad, ordered a new desk chair, and have a balancing-type stool that's used for standing desks. 3)The simplicity of the design (I chose the blackest black) works well with our simple design. I can see it being used for YEARS in many ways! 4)The motorized lift seems to work really well. The cutouts are perfect for my monitors. So far, so good! 5) I used it today for the first time and really, really like it. The price is what sold me on it! My husband has one of the more expensive standing desks at work and they are 3-5X the price of this simple desk. 6)I bought a simpler peddler I can also use easily under this desk while working (or at my personal desk while using the computer) and it fits perfectly with enough knee clearance (I'm taller at almost 5-9), so it checks all the boxes for me. I’ve had this desk for almost two years now. It’s got plenty of surface space and the stand up feature is nice and smooth. My biggest complaint is it is SO SQUEAKY. I can’t touch it without it making noise. I think it would be better if it wasn’t a two piece desktop. Otherwise I like it but the squeak drives me crazy all day. ... show more

This is a great value for the money and was easy to assemble. I did it with the help of my 9 year old son. I am 5’9 and it goes much higher than I need it to go. My older son in 6’3 and it still went higher than what he needed as well. The only complaint I have is that the screws they provided to go under to secure the desk looked too long and sure enough one caused damage to the top surface of the desk. They should really be about 1/8-1/4 in shorter. Just use caution and don’t screw them in tight all the way. ... show more

I replaced my desk due to recent back problems. The color options are aesthetically pleasing. I appreciate that the desk legs and height adjustment allow for any size chair to fit underneath. The height adjustment is easy and quick, and I frequently switch between sitting and standing during my work day. I'll update the review if something goes awry. The desk was assembled between two people over the course of one hour BUT with frequent distractions and only one user error that was not the instruction manual's fault. I recommend attentiveness when putting it together to prevent mistakes that cannot be undone. Assembly requires screwing in screws that do not have pre-drilled holes. If you do not place them correctly, you will have many unnecessary holes in your desk at best or be unable to adjust screw location, ruining your desk at worst. Like I said, we were distracted in assembly and still got the desk done with no major mistakes, but there is room for error. Worth it for Black Friday price ($200) so far. ... show more

Looks good, easy to assemble, holds my heavy computer and monitor sturdy. I dislike the plastic tabs provided for cable organizing. Wish it had a tray to hold an extension outlet and to hide cables instead. Some of the screws didn't fit in the final assembly—yet not required. I had a tray that sits to protect the motor rod, couldn't get it to stay due to the screws provided being the wrong size. ... show more

The computer board at the top is not strong .the splice portion bends after few months of usage if we keep monitor. Edit : updating the review for the quick response from customer service and their response in resolving the issue
