Well, i’m not sure how much I want to report on my bowel movements but as you would expect these little jewels work perfect and do what they say. They’re gonna do. After following the directions, I crab crawled around my room for a little bit and then basically took a trip into Outer orbit and came back much lighter and more refreshed.
