I love it and I have no regrets buying it! My son loves it and it's comfy too. My son will be 5 years old soon and he's tall for his age the back is short but he said he didn't care it was just to cool. I'm attaching images were I measured everything so if you're thinking about buying it you kind of have an idea of the size. Just I case you can't read the numbers on the measuring tape I'll try to put the measurements down below the best I can. I ordered 2 for my girls because the description said "Kid" Recliner, the design matched my living room set and was small/big enough for my girls. But after I placed the order, I read through the questions and lots of ppl said that this recliner was more like a baby recliner. Even the pictures of babies sitting in the recliner appeared that my order would be too small for my 3 and 5 year old. So I waited for both to be delivered before concluding that I would return the shipment before it even arrived.. Delivery was fast and the assembly only required the back of the recliner snapping into the seat of the recliner and my girls were stoked! These fit them perfectly! I am not returning them and there is plenty of room for growth. And my 5 year old is pretty tall. Update** My 5 year old is now 7 and my 3 year old is now 5. The chairs are still going strong, no tears, no scratches, just crumbs in the cup holder and still their go to chairs for movies a d snacks.

Please take note that none of the photos (as of 8/15/18) from customers show any kids resting their feet on the foot rest when it is up. With any pressure on the foot rest, it easily lowers. The one that I was given does not hold any weight. I have to put a pillow under the foot rest to keep it up. I bought the chair to use the recliner feature for my two year old. It is very comfortable, and well made, except for the darn foot rest. If you want just a chair, save your money and get something cheaper. If you want a recliner, be aware of purchasing this.

Our 14 month old loves this chair. He enjoys reclining and reading a book or having his milk. He can climb up and down easily. We do have to recline it for him (still too young to do it himself) which it totally fine. The top pillow can be pulled back from the Velcro that keeps it in place. Not sure why that is except maybe you can replace the pillow after a time. I do wish you could remove the bottom seat pad. I do not understand why you wouldn’t be able to remove this for proper cleaning when kids are constantly snacking or drinking milk or water. It would be nice to remove pad to make sure it stays as clean as possible. The vinyl is easy to wipe down at the end of the day with a warm, damp cloth. So bonus points for that. However, cup holder is nice additional feature as we keep a water there most of the day so he knows where to find it and return it when he’s not using it. I was SO tempted to get a fun color like the teal or blue but I have to say I am SO SO happy I went with the color of our other furniture. It is definitely not an eye sore and I think it looks like a great addition to our living room. Absolutely not a necessary buy. But our son enjoys using his own chair and having his own space to relax. I would recommend this product.

I bought two of these chairs for my grandchildren's birthdays. They are ages 5 and 4. As you can see in the photo, the 5 year old is taller, but the chair is still great with her. They love them and the chairs seem to be great with their height and should be fine for a few more years. These chairs are perfect for the child that has grown out of the marshmallow chairs (when they sit and their knees are up to high). The kids feel like little adults and love that they can mimic their parents and grandparents in a chair made perfectly for them. Also, our younger grandchildren ages 3 and 2 are also comfortable sitting in them, so I'll be buying more this coming year, for them. Thank you!

I'm not super impressed by the quality control on this item. First off, I decided to put the legs on before the back since its easier to maneuver without the back attached. Two of the legs had upholstry staples blocking the holes that I had to remove with pliers before I attached the plastic legs. Then I go to put the back on and can't figure out why its not locking in place and seems like its sitting high. On closer inspection I notice that the metal part of the back is assymetrical, one side has a tab on it and the other doesn't. So I pull it apart and REALLY look at it. The tab on the left side was broken off. Its not in the box anywhere so I assume this happened in the factory and no one caught the defect. Its Christmas eve, this is a present for my daughter who is dying to have her own little place to sit, so I went and found a screw driver the right size to fit under the edge of the locking metal bit and use that to lift it up enough to accept the bottom piece and lock into place. I should not have had to do this, but since I'm not going to dissappoint my little girl, I'm going to make the best of the situation. What I won't do is stay silent about the quality issues I found. So buy this item with caution.

Very sophisticated and sturdy chair. My almost 2 year old seems to like it. The recliner part is not easy for a kid to do. It requires pushing back on the chair with some strength. When we first got it, yesterday, my son would sit in it and then I would lift the foot extension part up for him which kind of freaked him out. Today he has already found his own solution. He lifts up the foot part and then climbs into the chair from the side...whatever works. The seat itself is a little stiff/poofy but I believe that he will break it in over time. While it is only day two, I have no regrets about buying this chair.
