These are very good water sandals for the price. I have worn them walking to, in, under and around waterfalls and crossing mountain creeks where rocks are super slippery. I have also worn for tubing through Class I and II rapids, and they stayed securely on my feet. They provide good support and much better traction than bare feet on wet, algae-covered river rocks. For me these are limited use shoes. I would not wear them for hiking longer distance on my old feet, but when it's time to get wet, I put them on. Minor problem: my sandals arrived with one of the cord locks for the elastic laces not working. It had a missing or broken spring, so I could not tighten the laces. Fortunately, you can find heavy duty cord locks and different types of cord end stops on Amazon to add to your order, and the total price is still great compared to Keens.

Just got these. So far, so good. They fit very nicely. I normally wear 12 , and I bought 12. I had previously bought a pair of similar Teva's, and the left shoe fit fine but the right shoe was too short. And there was no adjustment strap in the back. These have an adjustment strap in the back. Maybe that helps but really I think these just fit my foot better. The width is pretty good. I have a somewhat narrow foot, and I did have to tighten up on the shock-cord laces quit a bit. You have to work at this because the shock cord doesn't slide through the guides very easily -- I think this is pretty normal for this kind of sandal. Anyway once the laces were tightened up, the width was perfect for me. I don't know about the durability of these, but I'll update this review if they start falling apart in a couple of months. Hope they don't because they're waaay less expensive than Keens.

Sandals appear to be well made, and are sized correctly if you follow the instructions for measuring your feet. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the Velcro strap is at the heel instead of over the insteps, making them more difficult to put on. They are a good replacement for Crocs Swiftwater leather fisherman’s sandals that are no longer made.

They fit really good. But the odor from the rubber is bad. When there in your bedroom u can smell them. And other people will say, what's that smell. It takes almost 2 weeks for the smell to be gone. They need to be outside for 2 weeks before wearing them. Really.

Covers the toe very well. Not the best feeling on the bottom of my feet, but they will do. I could of gotten a half size smaller but over all they fit fine. I like a little loose fit. And they float if they come off.

The style, the function, and the fit are good for my feet. The best sandals I've ever owned. However, I withheld one star because the footbed isn't flat. The footbed has an engraved design, I presume for anti-slip. This design hurts my feet as the skin contours into the engraved design. I wear ankle high grey colored socks with these sandals to compensate for the uncomfortable footbed design. Wearing socks with sandals may not be mainstream, but the comfort you attain doing so outweighs the opinions of your friends, family, or strangers. Just don't wear crew socks, or those opinions will count.
