These are great in theory but the adhesive does not last long term. I had them up about 2 months before the adhesive started failing....easy fix, use Gorilla tape. I peeled the old adhesive off and added gorilla tape and they stay put! Love freeing up the space in the kitchen cupboards.

Yes, I prepped my cabinets, but the adhesive doesn’t last long. I’ve switched to Command strips. Otherwise, they hold my lids and I like the adjustability of the product.

Had these in our cabinet for months. The other day they just started falling off the cabinet with the tape still attached to the cabinet. Very disappointing because we loved them at first

    • Let them adhere without any weight on them as long as possible!
After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about taking a chance with this product. I followed the installation instructions to the letter but still had one of them fail. Luckily, I had the forethought to install the larger/heavier lids on cabinet doors that were closest to the floor. All the other (total of four sets installed) are still holding fine. The organizers looked great after I installed them and worked great for almost a day. Half of them fell off. I re-installed them, only to have the same result. Quite disappointed because they looked great and organized my lids while they were up. Returning them, and that's a challenge because those that stuck, really stuck making them almost impossible to remove. ... show more

These work well, but I've had the same problem as other customers on the adhesion failing. A few of them have already fallen off when others, holding heavier lids, haven't. However, I would only use these for the lightest lids possible and nothing very heavy as those will make the adhesion fail faster. ... show more

    • If the adhesive would stick better, the sturdiness would be fine
Easy to install, but the one I use for my try pan/large pot seems to not hold- assuming it is weight related to the current adhesive material. I'm concerned that it will continue to fall off and since the lid is glass, could break.
