Flamingo is my GO-TO for hair removal. I used to wax my upper lip but i realized i had extremely sensitive skin so naturally, i started using Nair. now Nair, once it’s opened, it seems to start losing its quality of hair removing power. it’s not something i use every day so after a month i would try using it and it’s not working as good as it first did. when i discovered flamingo, i did not look back. it’s great for my sensitive skin, and it WORKS no matter how long it’s opened. it comes with the cooling gel that is nice but not really necessary lol. i’ve tried the body stuff and i haven’t been able to figure it out with how long my hair has to be / how much time it has to be on. i know the face stuff works GREAT and it’s a quick 10 minutes and all the hair comes off. you don’t have to lay it on crazy thick either. great product.

I don’t recommend. I had seen sponsored reviews on tik tok saying it worked well for dark PCOS hairs, WRONG!!! I have probably the least sensitive skin ever. I am a nurse and have been exposed to a lot of chemicals, fluids, and cleaners, and also have been able to use any types of soaps or other hair removal methods in the past with no concerns. I used this initially on my neck area where I grow a few dark thick PCOS hairs. The peachy fuzz hairs came right off, but the dark hairs didn’t budge at all. Used it last about 1 week ago on the neck area and had no skin reaction. Last night I decided to use it on my chin/cheek area to get rid of some peach fuzz. TOTAL REGRET. 5 mins after application I wiped off the cream, my skin started burning! So once rinsed off well I immediately put the calming cream in and had to fan off the area due to the burning. I then went and put on some regular aloe from my refrigerator, same response just burning. It has been about 10 hours since the application and my skin is still on fire. When used on my neck it did not burn, but my face is a whole different story. Don’t risk it!! The pain is not worth it! And also the redness/swelling of my chin is very irritating as well. Unfortunately a waste of money.

This product is OK for the most part. The one thing that I don’t like is the applicator for it. I wish that the product went on a little smoother. I do think there is a smell, but it’s not completely overwhelming in my opinion. The instructions say that you can leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes but for me, I had to wait 10 minutes for it to work effectively. It does make your skin a little sensitive so I think if you are going to use this product, you need to use it at a separate time of your skincare routine just in case something in your routine is a little harsher on your face. I like it for the most part, but I’ll probably not purchase it again.

I have very sensitive eczema prone skin and as such have had a lot of difficulty finding a facial hair remover product for my chin. For more than a decade I’ve resorted to using shavers to remove the hair and the shavers worked well, but they leave me with bumps and hyperpigmentation. I did some research just recently and found this product. Tried it and now it is my forever go to! It works exactly as described. I had no irritation hair gone smooth skin🙌🏾. Pro tip: Best to use this like a treatment in your skin care routine at night. I used it for the first time right before going out for the day and I did have some (very minor but some) irritation upon applying makeup over top of the treated area.

I was pretty excited to try this facial hair removal cream as I’m dealing with perimenopause and my blonde facial peach fuzz has gone full Viking. I did a patch test, as recommended, and I came out great and applied to my upper lip, chin area, and sides of my face. I did read the instruction booklet beforehand and followed them exactly. I do not have sensitive skin but even after leaving this product on for only 5 minutes, I was pretty red and my skin was irritated and angry; for hours after. I ended up washing it with cool water and applying a layer of Aquaphor I had and it helped a good bit. This cream is pretty strong, so keep that in mind. My facial hair ranges from fine to more coarse and wirey, and this took it all off. Watch your time on your face and it’ll be alright. I’m going for 4 minutes next time and I’m hoping to skip the red “beard”. Overall, easy and effective.

As we age sometimes we get those dark stubborn pesky chin and neck hairs. I’m tired of shaving, plucking, and using an epilator. I’ve used hair removal creams in the past but they always burned my skin and caused severe irritation and pain. I saw this product, read the reviews and did further research before buying. I was really rooting for this product to be safe for sensitive skin! Boy was I wrong! The product doesn’t have a strong order, and didn’t burn at first until time to rinse. I chose to damp cotton pad vs. a wash cloth, to reduce irritation, to wipe the product off. Let the burning and irritation begin! I couldn’t wipe the product off fastest enough once it started burning. After removal of the product, the burning was still there and so were all the hairs. It didn’t remove a single one! Only thing this product did was burn, cause irritation and make the dark hairs on my face stand at attention. The hairs are way more visible and sharp. The five o’clock shadow and stubble are real! Guess will continue to pluck each one the hairs or shave if I’m in a hurry.
