The sizes are spot on and the material is definitely heavy duty and not cheap. They are very comfortable to wear and they have stretch to them but they don't get all stretched out like most other jeans. They are very flattering as well.

I’m 5’6”, 127lbs: long and lean… I bought 2 pairs (small and medium), in hopes I could get a good fit; however the small was too short, and the medium was too wide… so if you have long legs these aren’t a good match. They’re cute and the fit is good (before a wash), but these ended up being a 1-time use in the small, and too much excess in the hips/butt/legs in the medium.

Definitely not low rise as described, but they were a comfortable stretchy material. I was confused how jeans could be sized S, M, L, XL but they have enough stretch they fit a larger range of sizes so overall the sizing system worked. I'm 5'7, 158lbs and M fit, just not the lower rise I was hoping.
