These are great. I thought 6 would be plenty but now I have more ideas on how to use them. They are nice. I used double stick removable tape to put them on my bathroom walls and mirrors. They don't budge and are very sturdy. I only wish they had baffles to close off the ends.     • almost impossible to peel off the protective film without scratching

I suggest you use a needle to make small holes and tears in the film in order to get it to peel. Otherwise you run the risk of scratching the shelves. But once I was able to peel off the film the shelves looked just as they do in the pics. The installation process was easy for me and I actually have long nails. This set comes with a small screw driver. Takes some work but if you're a handy gal like me you will have fun. They look really cool and helped me free up a lot of space in my small bedroom. These shelves we use to display a collection of dolls and figures. They have held up nicely to the weight we have put on them with no bowing and were easy to install and are very secure. They came with a protective covering and were packaged nicely. Would definitely purchase again!

This is the second time I’ve ordered these shelves, I love them so much. They are completely clear so they are great for dolls or figures of any size. They have a front lip that will keep stuff from jarring or toppling off but doesn’t take away from what you are displaying. The first set I had bought didn’t have the protective film on them, when I first seen these ones I thought I had gotten frosted ones instead of clear but then noticed it was the film, i attached a pic showing them together with and without the film… it’s a little bit of a pain to get started peeling but then comes right off. Ordered these because they were $10 cheaper than others on the market. Unfortunately it was a case of getting what you pay for. There is a film on the interior to peel off, meant for protection -- no problem. But underneath, there are scratches! Worse still, the holo finish was a cheap film that was peeling off already. (!!) I ordered a more expensive alternative (YMVV brand), and the quality difference is worth it. Pics of both are added here - it's hard to get great pics of transparent holographic plexi, but hopefully you can tell. ... show more

I love these shelves only problem is on the iridescent ones the iridescent sticker peels off and it’s a clear shelf underneath. I tried to get help but Amazon did not want to send me another set so I bought another set and of course the same thing happened. I see now they only sell the clear ones good idea.
