These shelves leave 5 huge holes (nickel to quarter size) in your drywall for each shelf. Packaging says it can hold up to 30 lbs, but I don’t dare test it. I regret hanging these; I now have to replace several pieces of my wall because patching will not support any weight.

These are very attractive well made shelves. They seem to be made of real wood throughout. Sturdy , just try to land the middle hole or at least one screw of the mounting bracket into a stud. My only gripes would be that the included screws are a little short if trying to secure to a stud but it does include two types of drywall anchors. Also, I think they could benefit from a clear coat to make cleaning easier. ... show more
