I really love this little vase! It's so pretty and classy looking. It's not large, at just around 8" tall, but it still fits a good sized arrangement in it. The texture on the outside is a little rough, which is quite lovely. The color is elegant and the twine is a nice touch. I like that the twine is wrapped around a few times to give it a thicker band around the neck. I know that seems like a weird thing to care about, but most of the time twine is only wrapped around once and doesn't add much to a jar or vase. I like the lip of the vase as it's got a sort of flower shape to it. I added a little bit of baby's breath and it fits in well with the rest of my decor. A lovely, gracious vase. It is not a shiny smooth finish but has a soft texture to it. Not bumpy or lumpy, the texture has a slight delicate sand texture. It is as described on the web. This came and was smaller than I anticipated but will work well for flowers. it is not big enough to clean bu hand with a sponge, you will need a wand scrub brush but small bouquets will not fall apart or look sparse in it, which is a major win. The vase itself is matte white with a crinkly effect. I like the organic shape and think that it would fit many different styles while not being boring ... show more
