They fit good and would recommend them for anyone who is not wanting to use clip-in pedals. They keep your foot in place on the pedals. I have pedals that are designed to be used with these shoes such as one-up composite pedals.

Stick to the pedals like glue. Coming off Specialized 2FOs and way better. A lot less $$. Fit is better too. Hope they last longer than the 2FOs.
