I'm in grad school, and I use these notebooks for all my classes. They're wonderful and really pretty, and the no-bleed paper is awesome! I'm not getting ink smudges on the side of my hand. However, the price is a little steep for lined paper. If I was back in grade school, my dad wouldn't have been able to afford these notebooks for me. Good color selection- 5 starts for 5 star! My only complaint is the pages have triangles next to the margin line (but this seems true for all 5 star notebooks now), but good quality overall!

I've loved Five Star notebooks for years, and these were no exception. They were sturdy with nice quality paper. The designs that arrived did not disappoint, I received the ones in the product photos. The gold is metallic and the notebooks have held up well in class. Would purchase again.

we are a Mead Five-Star family, you pay a little more but it holds up all year long. My daughter ordered these as they match her back-to-school aesthetic (LOL!). They look great and feel sturdy.

These are really cute! They are a bit overpriced for notebooks(why I have a 4 vs 5). But if you want a more stylish design and are willing to spend the extra they are cute. I also like that wash line has a small triangle. I color them in on the lines I want to mark.

I'm a note-taker -- the old-fashioned way. I like my pens and paper. These notebooks last for a long time-- many pages, thin rule. They also have perforated sheets, so I don't have a lot of jagged edges if I need a piece of paper. I like the pockets-- I don't use them often, but I appreciate having the option. ... show more
