These note books are well made. I like the cover with the insert so I could personalize it with artwork and title. It has a pocket on the inside for paper storage. I expect the pages to withstand repetitive use through time. The table of content pages are made of sturdy paper. Don't do what I did. The 1st several pages are meant to be a table of contents. I started writing in that as entries untill i filled up those 1st 4 pages.Then each page after that has a square in the lower corner for you to write a page#. I'll keep buying these! Also very heavy bond paper.
