These nails stay on as if has become one with your nail. I hit these baby's a few times and a swore my real nail was knocked off with the gel nail. First things first, these nails are ment to mimic acrylic nails, they are very sturdy and not flexible like the majority of soft gel nail extension brands, yes even the Apres sculpted gel-x tips lol, they have a very nice apex, these nails are for the folks who do not want flimsy nail extensions, it's a little bit of a learning curve even for me who ditched acrylic powder sculptured nails and has used soft gel tips for the last 8 years, however this system is still beginner friendly, the glue has a good thickness, I'd say the only con is that they are not for curved nail beds, they fit flat nail beds best, if you can make it work I'd say go ahead and give it a shot, I look forward to seeing 5 angeles make more shapes and styles, tip: if you have trouble flash curing the nails into place get yourself a cordless rechargable gooseneck UV lamp with a sensor you'll thank me later ❤️💅 ... show more

I absolutely love these nails!!! They are insanely strong because they mimic acrylic nails NOT SOFT GEL. The glue is freaking awesome and is my favorite of the UV gel nail glues by far. You get a lot of it and it is thick, so it doesn’t move around once you place it on the nail. It smooshes out nicely without bubbles and your nail actually stays put. If it doesn’t, then the nail isn’t fitting your natural nail properly. Once you have the nail on it’s sooooo freaking sturdy. I have had my first set on for several days now and the nails aren’t going anywhere. I’ve shortened some all they way down to what would be a short oval. I have left the thickeness on some and thinned others out. The stability is still very solid on the tip and the apex. They ARE PRE MADE for flatter nail beds for those without a well defined nail curve, side to side and top bottom. HOWEVER, DO NOT let that stop you from getting these. There’s a How To Video on their listing which will show you how to carve them out to fit your nail. Also, check out YT for instructions. I do not have flat nails and it only took an extra five minutes per hand to adjust them to fit my nail beds. I am really tough on my nails and these are perfect. If you want a HARD nail, with a HIGH APEX, these are for you. If you want a hard nail with a pre-made apex, are willing to file these down for a thinner surface, they will still give you excellent stability. ... show more

This nail system is more sturdy than Apres nails system & way cheaper! They look & feel very similar to acrylic nails from the salon. The only issues I have with this nail system is 1) they only have 1 size of nail tips. U can trim them down but the apex is made specifically for longer nails so you would have to do a significant amount of E-filing to get the apex right for short nails or just live with thick/bulky short nails. 2) so this could be a con & a pro of the nail system, it just depends. These nails are very durable & strong. They haven’t broken or chipped the times I have done them & they last well over 2 wks. I’ve worn mine for a month before, which seems good but it’s probably the most difficult nail system to remove when you actually want to take them off & start with a new fresh set. It took me over an hr to remove them. Soaking each hand 2x & I still wasn’t able to remove it all. There was still some sticky residue left behind & I didn’t feel like soaking it a 3rd time. Overall, this product is good for long length & long lasting DIY nails for a fraction of the cost to get them done at a salon & the apres nail system. I personally prefer them for a vacation instead of everyday wear. I have the apres system as well & prefer that for everyday nails since I need my nails short for work. If this system had an option of shorter nail tips, I’d probably prefer it over apres. ... show more

Ok so I want to start off by saying that I bite my nails since I was 6, I am 43, yea I know I’m gross but ever since I was 15 I’ve been wearing acrylics… so I won’t bite them but the minute I don’t have them on, I just can’t help it… again yes I know it’s a terrible habit, yes it’s gross and yes I’ve seen the videos of what I’m putting in my mouth… anyway I say all that to also say my nail bed has always been super super flat! I’ve never had an apex, I envy those people with a natural c-curve shaped nail I think it’s beautiful… but when I tell you this full cover gel tips are amazing… I’m not exaggerating and I’m not being paid I’m not getting them free… I have tried every brand from super expensive to super cheap… none have come close to these… this quality is by far amazing! The thickness is perfect, it gives my nails shape and an apex!!!!! And it does not look fake at all !! It looks like I got acrylics professionally done! You don’t have to clean them up at all they are literally pre sculpted. They are hard don’t bend at all! They are wonderful just get them you will not be disappointed . ... show more
