I was having bunion flare up on my left foot and needed a good shoe that would give good toe space and good support on the arches. I saw this shoe was recommended by some doctor who treated bunions primarily in natural ways (avoiding surgery). I saw these shoes had an extra wide width. So I did the try before you buy option. I got the shoes within 2 days. I knew from the right foot that the shoe was a great fit and solid and had great arch support. I had not worn arch support for a long time - just inexpensive tennis shoes. As soon as my left foot was ready a couple days later for a shoe at all, I tried the left foot on and it felt great. There was room in the toe end, and the arch support felt great. I was able to shopping with my wife which involved some walking, but these shoes made it possible. They handled this very well. I did not wait the 7 days but paid for them today. And, I bought another pair, all black for dress tennis shoes for church as well. For what I would call an orthopedic shoe, the price is so right. I also like the wide base at the sole, it even flares out a bit for better support for some other feet and ankle weakness I have on the right foot. These shoes are and will help me a lot. In my younger days, I rarely wore shoes which eventually caused me to develop "duck feet". As I grew older, I found out that New Ballance was the only brand that makes 4E or wide to XX wide size, walking and athletic shoes. That being said, I decided to try out this Fit Ville brand which provides the same benefits. Upon wearing it for a week and taking my dog for long walks, I find that this size 10 wide fits snug and comfortably, doesn't rub any part of my feet that would cause any pain. I also love the cool look and style. I could not find those same qualities in New Ballance. It's competitively priced too. ... show more

Great fit. Very good support. Very light. Very good construction. Very reasonably priced. Good tread design except for the roughest terrain. I was impressed when they arrived as they are the first shoes I've ever bought that were comfortable from Day One without having to be broken in. Arrived quickly, great fit and very comfortable. I have large, wide, flat feet and need the cushion and future these athletic shoes provide. Have tried other brands, but these are by far the best for their price point. This my second pair. Will order again.

I purchased 14 wide and they where to small and could not get my foot in. Sent back, they were well made however. I wear 14 wide in sketchers brand and they fit every time. I’ll stick with Sketchers brand. Had really hoped they worked out but didn’t for me. They claim they’re really wide in front of shoe for a comfortable fit but as I said they where to narrow and did note fit at all. ... show more
