The jump rope addition was nice, but as for the ab roller, you can get the same benefits from using a cheap rolling pin.

If you put together correctly it works great. I thought it seemed flimsy at first and the realized it wasn’t put together properly. Also like that it comes with a jump rope. I feel the burn every time
