I snapping the blade trying to use it as a prying tool, a blunder on my behalf but I must say replacement blades are relatively cheap and easy to install. Definitely an improvement over the standard X-Acto knife. It is over 7/16 in diameter! A much better fit in my hands. The larger #2 X-Acto blades do not fit. The #11 blade will fit in two different orientations. Insert the #11 blade in a different orientation and it will go much deeper into the knife and give you a shorter blade with better leverage!
