The media could not be loaded. Adequate packaging. Arrived on time. Spins easily, though I suspect if I were to try to spin quickly it might come off track. I do not see me needing to spin quickly though. It sticks to my smooth top desk quite well. Everything seems easy to read. All in all, I am very excited to have this!     • Not at all what I expected
This is simply a cutting mat and another board that goes beneath it that it slides easily on. The two pieces are not connected so they constantly misalign when attempting to turn the cutting mat. Wish I would've known this before purchasing it. Cheap for what you would expect from a well known brand like Fiskars. ... show more

don't know why I didn't get this sooner. Why settle for one that you have to move the fabric on, get one that you can turn on a dime. Only problem it that it doesn't stay on the rotating thing on the base....not a problem because it still slides and turns . But my suggestion would be to make the turning point deeper so it will stay on. I still love it..looking for a bigger one now. I won't go back to one that's stationary again. ... show more

    • Rotating Mat comes apart
This is the first Fiskars product I will give low marks to. It seems the top can come off the spinner if you are not super careful, so that has been disappointing. This rotating mat requires to lay flat all the time even when not in use. So I can't hang it on my mat holder because it falls apart. I'm still working with it and hope to see an improvement. I'm not sure that I would recommend this one. ... show more

    • Slippery mat
I found the cutting mat to be too slippery. My other cutting mat is slightly rough so the fabric stays in place when you pull up your ruler or move your ruler on your fabric. With this mat I pilut my ruler on the fabric, made a cut, and then pulled up my ruler and the fabric came with it! I tried to get the fabric to stay down. But it shifted too much. I waited to post a review until I used this for a while. It does what it states. It is difficult to rotate and the cutting mat popped off the rotation plate. It fits back together, but does not stay together when you turn the mat. I like that it is square rather than round because it’s easier to cut larger pieces and trim larger blocks. I would really love this if it turned as easily as the other brand I purchased. The mat on this one holds up much better than the other brand. I do take this one to classes or when I travel with my machine because it is thinner and lighter than the other brand. If I figure out a way to make this turn easier, I will update the review. ... show more

    • Very easy to use
Very easy to use, comes in very handy when having to trim up quilt pieces or blocks. I kept the bag that it came in which has handles and it can be hung on a hook.

    • Faaabulous for quuilting
I have looked at rotating mats on TV for years and thought I didn't need it, but I am teaching my granddaughter to quilt and decided to buy this. It is so easy to use and so improves your accuracy since you move the mat and not the fabric and template. She is doing very well on her project and I am wondering why I never bought this for myself years ago. ... show more
