4 yr old loves this - we use it as part of his nighttime routine. It is adorable and a great habit for him (and us). We flip the manual switch to turn it off after one meditation, but it also can play white noise. I think it is good value for the money

My toddler loves his. I love it too. He sleeps so well and it honestly soothes me in the process. While it can be a little problematic with the volume... It doesn't effect him and he doesn't mind. He does fight sleep sometimes so he'll try to turn it off so I end up putting it on the dresser. Which is even more beneficial as he's not trying to take out the electronic box. Haven't washed it yet but the fabric is durable and has yet to rip, tear or stain. Super soft and cuddly. I prefer the nature and music modes over the white noise and ocean waves. They sounds subpar. We rarely use the daytime option but sometimes it's good to get the wiggles and chaos out. I love that it benefits mindfulness and stretching along with breathing techniques! Awesome toy!     • Helps my 4 year old with sleep
I am writing this review because I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the Meditation Mouse on my 4 year old. I read a lot of reviews which were mostly geared towards younger toddlers so I felt like I was taking a gamble. My 4yo had been having a rough patch with sleeping, having a hard time relaxing before bed and then suffering from separation anxiety before falling asleep and then multiple times a night. Since we got this mouse, she has slept like a champ. When she wakes up, she uses the night time meditation to help her fall back asleep and will even turn it to the music setting herself if she needs it. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has a toddler struggling with sleep. ... show more

    • I like this. It does have two minor flaws.
My grandson has really liked this. We named him snuggles. It was too loud but I took the box out and put a strip of painters tape over the speaker to fix that. The other problem is it isn’t cutting off after 20 minutes. I have to squeeze and hold his tummy to cut home off. I read a review that said new batteries fixed that problem but I haven’t tried that yet. ... show more

I’m in the Wellness and Healing field, I came across this pillow through a client. It was so adorable to see her 1 year old daughter interact with her mindfully using the pillow as a tool. I instantly came to Amazon and ordered 2 for my nephews ages 4 and 6. The 4 year old totally monopolized both pillows unbothered by the 6 year old. He sleeps with both. He hugs one and plays the other. There should be more of such toys on the market. As a Hypnotist for 13 years I fully endorse this product for kids. Crying out loud some adults needs it too!     • Bedtime Game Changer!
This has been such a game changer for naps and bedtimes! The sound machine sounds like spa music which helps my kids (and me!) relax and wind down for bedtime. There is also a relaxation script that is comparable to progressive muscle relaxation- and as a licensed counselor I absolutely love this for kids who have anxiety/trouble resting their minds at night. The mouse's voice is so calming and sweet, and my kids love hearing him talk as sort of a little buddy with them at night. SO worth it! ... show more
