    • The dome is perfect as an alternative to the traditional pack n play!
I was pleasantly surprised upon receiving the dome. It’s lightweight, roomy, folds flat for storage, and to top it off it’s absolutely adorable! I wanted something smaller and more easily transportable than the traditional pack n play and, was thrilled when I found this. My favorite feature is hands down the time required for set up...just unfold it and it’s ready for baby!!! Wish I had this when my older children were babies! I’m sure my little one will rest comfortably when the time comes to use it. The only 2 cons I can possibly think of are: 1. The butterfly toy is only 1 sided but the other toy is 2 sided (not that it matters but it doesn’t make sense why they are different) and 2. The pad is quite thin (of course I’m sure it needs to be thin in order to fold it up so well but still)...if need be i could make a softer, more comfortable pad to replace the one included but I would not fold it up with the dome while stored, I would add a snap strap to secure it to the dome as to not forget it behind. I sure hope this holds up well for little one when she gets here because I love it! ... show more

Really helpful if little one is little and you don't want to bring along a pack n play. Extra nice that it has a dome to close and also is great for outdoors.

Update April 2025:We still have the second baby dome we purchased for our second grandbaby and now we're using it for the third grandbaby that is now 10 months old. It's great to pull out for sleep overs so the parent s don't need to bring the pack n play each time they visit. We have certainly got a lot of use out of all the domes we've purchased. Original review: We purchased a baby dome for our first grandbaby, assuming he would grow out of it by a year old. As other reviewers mentioned it's great for travel, folds easily, and can be taken anywhere and everywhere! It can be used to keep baby out of the sun when outdoors , as a space for a safe nap anywhere, or playtime with toys hanging overhead to keep the baby's attention. As our first grandbaby got older and too big to keep contained in the dome, we discovered that our little escape artist loved to play in the dome if it was filled with balls. It makes a fantastic ball pit (or toy box) for toddlers! Our now 3 year old grandbaby still loves to play in it or store his toys in the dome....he loves it so much that when another grandbaby was born we decided to purchase a new baby dome for naps and travel instead of using the old one as a hand-me-down. ... show more

    • So useful for my spring baby
I’ve been using this pretty much daily for our baby born in May. It allows us to be outside with our other kiddos and know she’s in a safe spot away from the sun & bugs! She seems content when she uses it too since she can still see out through the mesh part. If we have the entire thing closed up for bugs, we’ve been putting her stroller fan on the lip just to make sure air is still circulating in there for her. This is such a useful product for us! My only two criticisms would be that I wish the bottom was a little sturdier or a bit higher off the ground. Baby was 6 weeks premature so she’s light, and I’m afraid as she gets bigger it’s going to sag onto the ground. Also, the legs aren’t easy to snap open and closed - I feel like I’m going to break it every single time. Other than that it’s a great product and something I am so happy to have this summer! ... show more

OMG. We didn’t realize how much we needed this until we received it. This is so convenient when we are visiting friends, going to the beach, or staying at a hotel. Our babies slept in them. The mash kept any flies out. Highly recommend this product
