Even with weights these kept falling over or the sticks would pop out of holder. There was barely a breeze and it was a nightmare trying to keep them in place. They looked nice until they fell apart. Would be good for indoors. The sticks are pretty cheap and break easy.

Setting it up was the easy part. Keeping it together during the party was the annoying part. The structure doesn’t seem to hold together real tight so any slight bump or mild wind will have your tower come apart. I’m thinking of using tape the next time to secure each piece of the structure together
